Fantastic service today from Zzoomm , just renewed my contract with a very friendly and helpful assistant Mary , giving me a great package for 24 months with a higher speed and less to pay , win win .

Being 73 and not at all "tech savvy" it was a relief to speak to Tamayra who was pleasant, polite and very helpful in talking me through my problem, which we resolved. My call was connected quickly, no "hold" and I found the customer service excellent. Well done Zzoomm, will recommend.

very unhappy with this company. Broadband works so badly, keeps disconnecting. No part of the compensation scheme, and customer service is not very useful and long waiting on the phoen for resolving any small query

Never seen service like it.
Can't fix it their end. Give me a list of stuff to do my end. Guess what. I am not a tech.
If it worked fine for 2 weeks then crashes..... speed brilliant but won't connect to any android devices in my house. I don't use a laptop the idiot guide they gave me Can't be done on me phone.
Avoid. Let see what happens when I change provider.

Long wait times for calls to the Loyalty Team… I guess that’s a good sign! It was worth the wait to get a great 2-year renewal deal with the help of the very lovely Mary.

Awful experience. Was meant to go live on Monday 20th April, one touch switch. zzoomm took over my existing line from the old provider at 00:07 on 20th - I have been without internet since. I have spoken to around 10 different advisors, at least 3 have promised call backs - nothing. Today I got an email cancelling the engineer that should have turned up yesterday. Absolute joke. What is worse - I was told I didn’t need an engineer when I switched. The line, modem is here already, they just need to flick a switch and give me the log on credentials. I have a router I can use until theirs turns up, I don’t need it hand delivered! None of their “technical support” understand this. AVOID!!

This company has provided my broadband for the last two years but upon my contract completing and going to a much more expensive rate, the company does not communicate this with you at all. When this came around the second time I had to contact ZZOOMM to request a quote for the third year and when I received a response, they tried to charge me £30.00 PCM for 500mbps download speed which if you go to their website as a new customer, it is £23.00 for 12 months. I responded to their initial email explaining this and they then said it was available for £25.00. I understand this company just does all it can to rip it's current costumers off.
Avoid.

I hadn't realized my old contract had come to an end. I couldn't afford the standard tarrif. I called zoom to see if I could do anything with the price.
I spoke to john ( nice, friendly and very helpful ) . He sorted it out for me quickly. Happy customer

My contract had ended, I contacted Zzoomm to renew having researched via uswitch. The oversees representative was steadfast with her options, virtually take it or leave it. I said I was leaving, later I received an email asking me to call loyalty - Alexandra answered - a lovely uk based Scots lady, wow what a difference! She price matched uswitch for a 24 month contract with no price increase. Saved me hundreds of £'s. Always ask for loyalty/Retention teams before committing. Alexandra 5*****
