Had an issue with a price rise, zoomm stepped up to the plate and and got me back to my original monthly payment with no problems, cant thank them enough with there being a cost of living crisis 10 out of 10 well happy.

I was feeling really frustrated because I was having terrible issues with my television connection to the WiFi.

My contract was up for renewal and I called to negotiate a deal and it was painless talked to Alexandra and she did what she did new deal 24 months no price rises. The big corporates could learn a thing or two from this company. 5 starts from me

My experience from booking through to the survey has been very disappointing. Communication was poor throughout, appointments were cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice, and there was a lack of clarity about what was required for the setup. I was also told I would receive a call back within 24 hours, which I am still waiting for. As a potential new customer, this left a negative impression.
The only positive aspect of my experience was Sunny, who attended the survey. Despite my understandable frustration, he remained professional, apologised even though the issues were not his fault, and went above and beyond to resolve everything and get me online. He clearly takes pride in his work and is a real asset to your company. Without his efforts, I would have cancelled the contract.

Omar Razak arrived today and was early a real bonus he was fantastic, worked fast, cleaned up and got me set up ready for me to start work again so I was only without service for a short while. I can not praise him enough my last engineer for another company took over 3 hours he was so much quicker. Thank you Zzoomm for sending a real gentleman.
