Could be better choice of flavours for lesser strength. Best flavours are too strong for me in terms of nicotine content. I normally use 4mg gum and I find fruit gum at this strength is ample.

I had 4 x delivered today one container only had 16 in (should be 20 per pack) and another has 14 the other 2 have a complete 20 pouches!

Free sample - BAD
Free sample. The nicotine pouches are very badly made. No QC at all. Many of them were opened, or they release pieces in my mouth. I am never going to buy them.

Burst in mouth!
In the free sample I got, there were burst pouches in tub so the others had to be dusted off to use, then one burst in my mouth, disgusting. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and used more until another burst in my mouth, nearly threw up. No other nicotine pouches I've used have done this. Gross. Glad it was a free trial, objective achieved - I know I'll not be buying them.

Very bad quality(broken pouches).
Ordered 10 packs of nicotine pouches and majority of pouches were broken/damaged. Avoid this company for any cost. Better pay extra and get quality.
