After having difficulty locating a compatible rear bearing hub unit for my ageing vehicle and having two returns to other suppliers I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from Aceparts and would not hesitate to recommend them.

DO NOT BUY HERE

Bought an air condenser which was described as new but was leaking gas when mechanic put in, have started a return but the company doesn’t reply to my messages regarding compensation for having to pay mechanic again to fit or whether they will send out another part to replace

ACEPARTS

ACEPARTS - Avoid them like the plague !
They hide behind AMAZON with time-wasting "messaging", ask for photographic evidence, because they are too thick to understand an issue, and then don't offer an email address to send evidence.
AMAZON's Lydia is just as bad - Oh, we don't have the facilty to send photos to our Merchants ???

Working product but damaged packaging via transit

The lightbulb works as expected, which I’m happy about. However, I was very concerned with how it arrived. The box containing the bulb was severely damaged and open on arrival, though thankfully, the product wasn’t broken. When I contacted the seller, they requested photos of the outer postage envelope rather than the damaged product packaging, which I had already provided. Better packaging and more practical customer service would improve the experience!

Scammers

Scammers. Shocking experience. They advised on a product which wasnt the correct one. They then admitted this is their fault & gave false promises on a refund saying that it didnt go through etc & then just ignore your messages.
still no refund issued & now ignoring messages.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Horrendous customer service

Wipers were not packaged at all meaning they were damaged in transit, photo of the damaged item being held by Postie along with tracking showing it was refused by me was sent to seller.
Seller could easily have sent out a replacement straight away, but decided to wait for the damaged item to arrive back before sending one, this meaning a wait of over a week for me.
Bad customer service by this seller, I was a returning customer, but will not return again now.
eBay had to issue a refund!
AVOID!

Draper Extending Wheel Wrench Kit

I purchased a Draper Extending wheel wrench kit (wrench plus 2double ended sockets and storage bag).
Item was delivered on time (within 48hours)and appears to be robust.
Very pleased with my purchase and happy to recommend Aceparts.

A catalogue of failures: failed to dispatch on time; failed to communicate this. Failed to respond to any communication for four days; failed to provide a tracking number until after delivery. Failed to apologise or accept any responsibility. Utter failure.

Don't use this company, happy to take transfers then questions your PayPal account details and doesn't send items even after providing correct information. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a Silverline electric multi…

Ordered a Silverline electric multi tool and used it twice then it packed in and wouldn't work.Got in touch
With Aceparts after a couple of messages I got a reply and a replacement tool was sent to me within 2 days and they didn't ask for the broken tool back .Great after sales service thanks Alwyn who dealt with my problem .

Ordered a part for an mx5 NB..part arrived but you guessed it..wrong part...wanted vin number and year made which was supplied.. unfortunately I think I've lost my money and left with a part I can throw in the bin..thanks mark.. enjoyed dealing with you..not..

I had been looking for a new washer bottle…

I had been looking for a new washer bottle for my kit car, which like all kit cars is a totally Heinz 57 jumble of unknown parts. Every one of the washer bottles I saw meant I had to install a new mounting plate on the car bulkhead. Ace Parts washer bottle on Amazon only showed a front picture and as I was losing the will to live in my search I thought "the price is good and if the mount is wrong then so be it I'll have to modify the car". Imagine my surprise when the washer bottle arrived, early, with exactly the mount I had been looking for. Plus, its a good quality for the price. Well done.
