In October I bought an electric tyre compressor, branded AA. This month it broke, giving completely wrong pressure readings. I contacted them and despite the fact it only had about 3 week’s warranty left, they are replacing it. Absolutely superb service, above and beyond normal.

First class customer service sorted my little problem out without any fuss 👍👍👍

They sent me the wrong part and then told me I have to pay for the return,I would stay away from a company that can't accept responsibility for their own mistake.

Ordered a anti froll bar drop link. Received completely different item. Messages go ignored for days, even after sending follow ups. The phone line is permenantly down due to "staff meeting". Hopefully a long staff meeting about customer service...

So far still no solution to getting the correct item.

Just purchased a replacement rear screen wiper for my Audi A6 which was sent and received all during the pre Christmas post rush. The Bosch blade was just what I needed, is of high quality and half the price I’d pay elsewhere. Excellent….

Excellent company that are quick to dispatch any product and make sure the customer is happy. I had a fault with my blades and they were quick to resolve without any hassle. Highly highly recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a set of wiper blades for my car due to the postal strike they arrived a little late when i opened one of the wipers was damaged contacted aceparts via email told them about the problem and they said they will send a replacement . Excellent customer service .would recommend and will purchase again from this company.

I ordered a set of bulbs for my car. Sadly some of them were wrong but the customer service was excellent offering me a partial refund which I accepted. The refund was super quick.
I have used this company a few times now and will continue to order from them.
Highly recommended.

Liars, say they have dispatched part then days later day it is not in stock, Staff do not answer your queries but are quick enough to complain about content of reviews

Seemed okay at first but went to return an item and was lied to and told it wasnt covered as it wasn't the correct part for the car when i can comfirm it is, asks you loads of stupid questions as the seller clearly has no clue about car parts

I tried to order parts. I feel that this company is a scam. They ask for you phone number then they send you a text message then the games begin. I would not trust this company.

Recently ordered wiper blades,the rear one was wrong size,correct size on its way with no cost or hassle for me. This company cares about its customers and I will recommend them to my family and friends .

Purchased a car radiator. Notified as despatched on 1st november with dpd next day delivery. Notified on 3rd november item delivered. Then recieved a message saying item is out of stock and they never had one to sell despite saying 2 in stock. How can you despatch an item you dont have? How can an item be delivered when you havent despatched it? Seems as though they are willing to just say anything to get your money. Very very shady. Will see how long it takes to refund my money.

EDIT in response to their reply i supplied the order reference number and item number. But who gives personal contact details out like that? Ive also been blocked from giving ebay feedback. You can make up your own minds if you want to use this company or not.

I ordered some number plate bulbs to enhance my car, the bulbs were fine just a problem regarding having resisters added, ace car parts have been great, communication has been excellent and they sent me resisters for free! What a great company and helpful staff, I'm ordering more from these guys, can't remember having such a positive service from great people

Fantastic company, very slight error on parts sent but no issues they just sent me some more wipers the next day. Great to deal with, would highly recommend them.
