I have been in contact with Alex from Acre properties. In 5 years in London I have NEVER experienced that level of professionalism, availability and kindness . Alex has gone the extra mile and beyond to allow me to visit the property ASAP and adapt to my needs. I cannot thank you enough Alex as the London property market is wild and lacks of human connections ! It is just great meeting an agent who cares about people and their needs for a new home.

Acre Properties have been one of my favourite landlords. They are very friendly and have always been really quick at resolving any problems or questions I have. It is nice to have a landlord company that actually cares!

I highly recommend acre Property and Jonathan In particular. I have been renting with them for 4 years. Never had a problem.
Jonathan is always available and very easy to contact. Every problem solved very quickly. The best experience with estate agents, they usually are a nightmare.

Alex was helping me in making a good decision on a room I liked for my son who will move to London for his school soon. Alex listened to me, understood what our needs are, and stayed faithful in our communication even if it was done through text messages due to our location and the current covid-19 situation. I can't thank him enough. Also When I was emailing with the Admin staff, everything was so clear and Aubrey replied me quickly with exact information I needed. I can make an another review when my son moves in later, but I wanted to leave a review now to say a big thanks to the ACRE Properties and Alex.

Me and my friend were looking for a new property and thanks to your lovely agent Anuj who was by far the best agent we meet in a long time we now have an new amazing place to live in. He explained everything very carefully and honestly and he didn't seem to rush us even when we asked extra questions regarding the property. We would like to thank him and the whole team and we hope that Anuj's efforts will be appreciated.

I was in an acre property for four and a half years. Overall it was a very positive experience. The process is extremely straightforward. All bills are included and there are a range of properties. There is a lot of flexibility and after six months there is a monthly rolling contract.

The agency has contractors so all issues are dealt with immediately or a solution found very quickly. The management team are friendly and are easy to contact. Thank you to Ben who was my property manager for always looking out for us, and always friendly and professional.

Just moved to London and found the whole team at Acre properties really helpful and attentive. I managed to see a great range of properties which offered exactly what I wanted and managed to find the perfect place with ease. Fantastic house, great housemates and all together a stress free search. Thank you in particular to Aidan for making my move in so easy.

I recently moved into a lovely house! The staff at acre are very quick at responding and replacing anything that is broken which is amazing as my previous landlord took ages! When you move in they do ask for a lot of documentation, however I understand this is necessary for them. I would definitely recommend :)

Flat is well looked after, great location for sure. They reply promptly, very professional. Aidan is very helpful!

The properties are clean and well serviced.

Broken washing machine/ broken boiler, etc. This is not a problem. You just have to report the issue to the Acre team and they will ensure the issue is resolved within a reasonable time.

Benjamin is the best property manager I have ever come across. I've been extremely happy with him and acre properties. Have been living here for 2 years and no complaints so far.

I moved into a property managed by Acre on very short notice (Process took 4 days in total). The viewing was the best I had attended throughout my search and was undertaken by Aidan, who was thorough, clear and generally pleasant to deal with. The processes were quick and clear and during my stay all issues were promptly dealt with, and the property was well maintained.

I went to do viewings because I was looking for a new place to move in. Aidan is an amazing worker, who provided all the help I needed since day 1. From answering quickly to being flexible showing all the houses and providing website links so I could gather as much info as I can about all the houses/rooms.
If I had any question he would be there to help and always very responsive through messages.
If you’re looking for a new place, Acre Properties has amazing rooms around London and Aidan is definitely an amazing agent property to show you around.

I’ve been a tenant with Acre Properties for about 18 months -I have now just left. They have been the best agency I have dealt with since I’ve moved to London and I’ve had no problems throughout the duration of my tenancy. Sharon has been a fantastic property manager. Her customer service and communication has been exceptional. She even helped out on a couple of enquiries once I had left the property. Chris has also been fantastic. He always made us aware of any viewings in advance and kept us informed of any changes. Thank you both and the rest of the team for making the tenancy enjoyable, especially in times of a pandemic! Would definitely recommend Acre Properties.

I just had the chance to see a couple of rooms around Turnham Green with Aidan and he has been extremely kind and professional in every way. On time, didn’t made me feel awkward and he was genuinely a lovely person to speak to.
