Really happy with Acre Properties!
Especially with Rachel, always with an amazing attitude she is solving the soonest any problem I am facing! Didn’t expect such a great service to be honest and this makes me want to stay for long with this agency.

Acre Properties are always super responsive and helpful for any request I have. My property manager, Rachel, does her best to sort issues as quickly as possible and usually things are resolved/fixed within a day or two. She is supportive of any issue and always keeps me in the loop during the process.

The best agency in West London! I was lucky enough to come across Acre properties and became a tenant for over 8 years, which speaks for itself! Sharon and the team were fantastic over the years, so friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout my stay!

The flat itself was newly refurbished to a high standard and in pristine condition when I moved in, fully furnished and we were provided with everything we needed. The whole move-in process was seamless.

All ad hoc queries and any issues around the flat were always picked up in a timely manner and resolved, no matter how big or small the issue. This made things so much easier and less stressful as the team managed everything.

I've had a pleasant stay over the years in my flat, which really felt like home! It's really hard to find quality agencies like Acre and I cannot recommend highly enough to anyone looking to rent! : )

Throughout the year of our renting Acre Properties was always there to help in a variety of our, sometimes extensive, requests :)

I cannot NOT say that Sharon Rowles, our property manager, was truly diligent in answering our emails and sending help when needed.

In comparison with my current process of renting, Acre Properties is definitely more professional and honest!

The reason for our move out is the need to find a place closer to our work offices, otherwise we would definitely stay at our cozy flat with Acre Properties support!

I’m not sure if you have tried to find a room to rent in London in September, but it is the most stressful thing in the world! Every room I found online was snatched up within hours of the ad being posted.

However, after contacting Anuj and giving him all my requirements he found the perfect room for me within a week. To say I'm grateful is an understatement!

My experience with Acre properties was wonderful. I had to find an apartment in London while being abroad and the agents that helped me find it were the nicest and most considerate of all. Once I chose, communication with the office was always efficient and kind. I also had to wait for my visa to get approved before moving, and Acre Properties was very accommodating. I grately appreciate all their help in making this move to the UK very smooth.

Hands down one of the best agencies in London. I highly recommend contacting them if you are looking for a room/place in west London.

Kind, systematic and trustworthy

I had a very positive 2 and a bit years living in one of Acre's properties. The staff were always professional and speedy in sorting any housing bits and couldn't recommend them more!

Spent 2+ years living in an Acre property. Couldn't have asked for more from them. Highly responsive to any issues or concerns throughout my tenancy - particular thanks to my property manager Benjamin.

All the Acre Team has been responsive and super helpful during the whole process, from the first viewing to the collection of the keys. Any request has been treated promptly and with great care.

Helpful and arranged my tenancy very fast with the help of Chris, he was personable, friendly and fast to act. Chris was great. 5 STARS for Chris and for Sharon - my property manager for being helpful and clarification on a few things at the end of my tenancy!

Some miscommunication towards the end, but understandable due to various circumstances as the lettings market had been busy over the recent period and they are only human!

Overall my experience with Acre was very positive!

They helped when I needed assistant mid way through my stay, etc!
