It’s been such a long process, but Rachel and Richard never gave up. Disappointed, waited a year after receiving an AIP from them of 7 percent and requiring a 14 % deposit, credit hugely improved and earnings went up by 10k only for them to get me a terrible deal of requiring over a 20% deposit and 6.8% interest, literally worse than last year. Had far more reasonable offers come back through from other potential brokers, can’t understand what they’ve possibly put forwards to the lender to get such an abysmal quote back.
