If I had of known the product was coming from Perth I would've made an alternate choice as shipping takes too long. Still waiting for the product to arrive. Other providers 2 - 3 working days.

Postage was super slow, I waited a week and a half for my shampoo and conditioner. Oz Hair and Beauty do a much speedier delivery in comparison and that’s just using standard Australia post shipping.

I recently received a phone call questioning the fact I had selected click and collect on my latest order - going on past orders I had my purchases sent and the fact I didn't live close obviously caused alarm or was a cause of concern.
The man was extremely friendly and I so appreciated the fact the time was taken to call me - well done and again thank you very much
