If I had of known the product was coming from Perth I would've made an alternate choice as shipping takes too long. Still waiting for the product to arrive. Other providers 2 - 3 working days.

Postage was super slow, I waited a week and a half for my shampoo and conditioner. Oz Hair and Beauty do a much speedier delivery in comparison and that’s just using standard Australia post shipping.

Hi Maggi, thank you we value your feedback. We work hard to get our orders dispatched as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, however once they leave us we are subject to the constraints of Australia Post. We have considered using another provided however due to the cost, and service limitations, Australia Post are still the best in the market.

My order somehow went from Duncraig to Sydney when the delivery address was in Perth....this made no sense at all! This was a shame as I live in the US and was only in Perth for a few weeks and was not going to be in Perth by the time the products made their way back. Steve from Alive Skin and Hair was brilliant at resolving this issue. He personally delivered replacement products to me at my address in Perth on the day I was heading back to the US. Thank you, Steve!

Reliable supplier of the good stuff!
Stocks the products I can’t ever be without. Always dispatch orders quickly. The slowest part is the actual delivery, which is outside of Alive’s control. I never need my products urgently, so I don’t mind.
