If I had of known the product was coming from Perth I would've made an alternate choice as shipping takes too long. Still waiting for the product to arrive. Other providers 2 - 3 working days.

Postage was super slow, I waited a week and a half for my shampoo and conditioner. Oz Hair and Beauty do a much speedier delivery in comparison and that’s just using standard Australia post shipping.

Dear Muriel, thank you for your feedback and letting us know that you have not received your order. Your order was placed on Sunday 3rd of May and we dispatched your order on Monday 4th May. We don't work on Sunday's so your order was dispatched without delay. We are based in WA and standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days (based on Australia Posts ordinary delivery standards) to arrive in Victoria. Therefore based on these standards your delivery would ordinarily be received by Monday 11th May (tomorrow).
At present, however, we are faced with extraordinary times with the COVID 19 pandemic. This has severely impacted volumes and all delivery standards. This has been widely reported in the Media with Australia Post taking on over 2000 staff to address the volume increases. I have looked at your tracking and Australia Post is expecting to deliver your order between the 13th May and 18th May.
I understand that it is frustrating that you have not received your order. It is also frustrating for us when orders are not delivered promptly.
I am also sorry that you feel we have provided a bad service for the delay over which we have very little control or influence.
I will call you tomorrow to discuss this with you. Kind regards

Misleading photos
A bit disappointed as the cleanser I ordered is shown in a pump bottle in the photo online but when it arrived, it is in a tube. It is also a smaller size than the pump bottle shown? Misleading.

Package arrived within 3 business days
Package arrived within 3 business days. But when ordering I found that after selecting my items I couldn’t log in using my usual password. So I ordered as a guest. This means I might lose out on gifts and reward points. But Iwas able to log in using same password before ordering.
