I am so sorry to hear this has happened. I can see the courier did try to attempt delivery on the sent working day however no one was home at the time.
I can see this was updated and delivered a couple days later however our CS team did refund the delivery postage for the delay with the order.

My item was delivered to the wrong…
My item was delivered to the wrong address android homme then called me a liar by saying that I had had my parcel as the couriers photographe showed a front porch we I was told was my front porch and I'm still waiting for them to apologise an send me my trainers new trainers which I didn't receive the first time

I am so sorry to hear this has happened. I have checked for the correspondence between yourself and our CS team and can see whats happened.
I can see you first emailed us on the 14th November confirming that your parcel shown delivered but you were home all day and this was delivered to the wrong address.
We provided you with the proof of delivery from the courier to confirm this had been delivered to your address.
As you then emailed us after we were closed and over the weekend, we were unable to respond to you until we were back open on Monday,
We sent over a legally binding document for you to hand sign on Monday so that we can raise this with the courier and have this dealt with however we have now not received any further response from you or the signed form.

hi, I purchased two pairs of trainers one of the pair of the trainers fit. I had to send the other ones back so I’m hoping that you’ve received them because once you refund me the other money I can buy another pair of trainers so I need this to be done ASAP. I am so sorry to hear the above. I have checked the order details provided and can see we received your return back to our warehouse yesterday and our returns team processed the refund for the returns items yesterday also.
We do usually ask for you to allow up to 14 working days for the return to be received and processed by us however i can see this has been received and refunded on the same day.
You will have received a refund processed email also, please check your junk and spam folders.
