I am sorry to hear this and sorry you feel this way.
I have looked into our email system and can see that you contacted our customer service team advising that you received the incorrect size shoe, stating you had ordered a size 8 and received a size 7.
A member of our team then advised that you had ordered a size 6, not a size 8 and you then confirmed that you had checked the shoes again and confirmed that a size 6 had been sent and this is what you ordered with us.

Customer Service sitting on their hands!!!!
I placed an order, mistakenly having it delivered to my home address when I needed next day to my airbnb for an event this weekend. I contacted customer services through their contact form online. I was told that my order could neither be cancelled, nor amended to send it to the correct address.
I then thought, worst case I'll just return them when i get home, so I went and ordered another pair, this time to the right address. Only went and chose standard instead of next day delivery. Again, AH claim they cannot cancel or amend an order once dispatched. Because this second order was 3-5days I requested for it to be cancelled. It's taken them 45mins to reply to my last message, only for to say they've just check and unfortunately it's dispatched, no cancelling no amending possible. I'm £260 down now, no trainers, and no way of getting the money back any time soon.
I should've bought from a reputable retailer instead. IN 2024 an eCommerce business doesn't have the ability to amend or cancel an order? Aside from being difficult to get hold of (much rather call in) they're clearly not in a hurry resolve any customer queries

I am sorry to hear this and I am sorry that you feel this way.
I have looked into your previous correspondence with our customer service team and can see that you placed an order with us and then contacted to have the address changed, to which we advised that unfortunately, we could no longer amend/cancel your order as your order had been dispatched already.
I can see you then advised you had placed another order and asked if this was going to be delivered the next day and we advised that as you have selected standard delivery your parcel would be delivered to you between 3-5 working days. You then advised if we could amend the delivery method for you, however, we advised we are unable to amend any orders once these have been processed and inputted by the customer due to how fast our warehouse work and orders are processed very quickly.
I have also looked into the timeframe of the responses and can see you were responded to fairly quickly and your last email had a response after 36 minutes due to our customer service team having other emails to respond to as well.
We can’t legislate for orders being processed incorrectly by the customer unfortunately and especially twice in succession. We apologise that we couldn't amend and cancel your order as per your request but as the shipping is so efficient it had already shipped by the time the notification was responded to. Although its 3-5 day shipping, your parcel is due to be delivered in 2 days reinforcing our desire to exceed customer expectations and service. We will happily accept any Returns and refund any items you wish to send back and are sorry that on this occasion the transaction didn’t meet your expectations.

Horrendous experience, money taken and item out of stock , found out by contacting the company only to be told they got no emails. I have proof. I was emailed and treated like a piece of poo on a shoe!! Worst experience ever! Never again.

IGNORING CUSTOMERS!
Wanted the goods for a special occasion and I did not receive my parcel, when the delivery driver stated he had delivered it. Have sent two emails asking for investigation with no response - i now just want cancellation and refund.
