I have looked into our email system and can see you contacted us advising that you had received the incorrect colour trainer, to which we responded and apologised for this and have offered to collect the incorrect trainers so that either a refund or replacement could be issued, however, we have received no response regarding this.

I have looked in to our email system and can see that you contacted us advising you have not received your parcel due to the custom fees not being paid and we advised that unfortunately, we do not cover the costs of any duty/custom fees.
Please kindly see the following information that is stated in our terms and conditions under 'delivery' on our website:
'If the delivery address is outside the UK the Buyer shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulation governing the importation of the Goods into and selling of the Goods in, the country of destination and is liable for all import duties and procedures thereof'.

They charged me 3 times for my trainers…
They charged me 3 times for my trainers no one got back to me that could of been someone who’s buying a gift and didn’t have extra money in there bank 690 pound is a lot to take lucky enough I have a reasonable amount of money in my bank or it could of really affected someone seven days later still not received a refund

We have investigated your issue above and it appears that you had two failed payment attempts before the transaction finally went through. I can confirm that we have only received a single payment from yourself otherwise we would happily return your overpayment.
The issue you will be having is not that the payment has been taken three times but that the funds for the first two failed payments have been put aside on hold by your bank and so will not be showing as available funds. This will normally resolve itself in time but you can contact your bank to speed the process. On occasion the bank may request confirmation from the supplier that the failed transaction will not complete at a later date. If this is the case please email us at info@androidhomme.co.uk and we will provide any assistance you require.
