Fast , efficient service ,. We were kept up to date with both our deliveries by text and email.
One delivery was delayed due to a breakdown , . These things happen , but we were updated at each stage and delighted with the service.
Both delivery drivers were , polite and helpful. One in particular very up beat and engaging.

Mikey and Ian were very helpfull
Mikey and Ian were very helpfull. They couldn't get my delivery through the front door, so went around the back which consisted of more lifting. They were both happy and cheerful especially for a 6.50 am delivery. Thank you

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Firstly I ordered wrong size appliance (took full credit) but I had absolutely zero contact from these people. I had to constantly phone and email. No updates on order, no updates on delivery. When did finally get in touch whoa and below my item arrived! Word!! Then I missed return date and had to reorder a new appliance on top of delivery charge and on top of that a bloody return delivery fee too. Thieves is too kind!! Then when my item was returned (again I had to chase these fools) they tell me it was damaged!! Now bearing in mind yes I opened the box for the builders to fit when they arrived. BUT item was never took out the box and now they’re saying it’s damaged (a bit of dust was on the box also which they said was also damaged (laughable really) but seeing as I’m having a full house renovation dust is obvious! A bit of common sense to wipe it down would have been suffice which I did before hand too but item was obviously damaged before hand as I explained it was never removed from the inner box. Then they wanted to charge me again for a return to me 😂😂😂 you just can’t write these things can you? Anyway they are thieves, on top of wanting more money on top of more money and keeping my money on top of it all!! They’re a disgrace and I will never be using these again!! If the only way to keep in business is by stealing other peoples money then good luck to them. They need to quickly go into administration

We are sorry that you remain unhappy with the outcome.
When the cooker hood was returned to our warehouse, it was inspected and found not to be in the same condition as when it was supplied. The packaging had been resealed with black tape, the flue section was bent and damaged, there was plaster dust present, and there were signs that parts of the appliance had been wiped down.
As a result, the item is no longer in a saleable as new condition, which is a requirement for a return under our returns policy.
We appreciate that you are renovating your home and understand your comments regarding the plaster dust. However, we have to assess returned items based on the condition they are received in, and unfortunately we cannot resell this appliance as new.
As previously advised, if you would like the cooker hood returned to you, we can arrange this for a courier charge of £15.98.
We appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but this is our final decision based on the condition of the returned item.

Faultless!
Ordered an AEG SteamPro at an amazing price from them. Delivered on time two days later in 2h time slot.
The appliance had a fault and AEG's contractors weren't great to say the least, so I ended up contacting AW for their support. Their communication has been clear and swift - Mike grasped the situation promptly and calmly dealt with my flood of emails as my frustration in dealing directly with AEG and AEG's repair contractor grew and grew.
It was in my opinion absolutely not AW's responsibility to step in and support, but their direct liaison with AEG was a true relief in a stressful situation. Unlike with other businesses, one person (Mike) dealt with my issue throughout, which meant he understood it in detail and there was no need to re-explain at every turn.

Replaced a faulty Fridge Freezer 25th June 2026
I bought a Fridge/Freezer from Appliance World Online in Sept 2025 . Sadly it developed a faulty a manufacturing fault nothing to do with with Appliance World . I spoke to two gentleman Matt and Mike . Who couldn’t have been more helpful. Mike has arranged for faulty model to be picked up. Advised me on a new model. Which will be delivered at the same time .
