A kind, caring, people friendly and very knowledgable company
Over the years I’ve ordered quite a few items from this company. I have phoned them at times to get help and advice which has always been forthcoming. Once I rang for help with an outdoor fish pond filter problem and in my mindset I thought I needed to buy a new filter system and pump. After asking what the problem was on my equipment these guys could have just sold me a brand new all in one filter system and I wouldn’t have been none the wiser. Instead they believed it was down to a part that need replacing which would have saved me a lot of money and they were right.
On another occasion my big tropical fish filter had died its death and I had discus fish in the tank. They sent out a new filter system the next day so my fish survived.

Very slick operation
Very slick operation; ordered an aquarium and some items to go in it online during the evening, and a received a call early the next day to arrange the pallet delivery. I spoke to a very nice lady who clearly explained the process to try and ensure the delivery goes smoothly. The day after, the smaller items turned up through the post, and now I’m just awaiting the pallet delivery 3 days after ordering it. Top quality experience so far, and will use them again in the future.
