Aquacadabra Customer Service is Excellent
Aquacadabra Customer Service is Outstanding.
I messaged them via FB Messenger, asking question regarding high levels of Nitrate and Phosphate in my Marine tanks and how to lower levels.
They replied to my message very quickly, and asked if they could phone me to discuss my issue..
A very nice helpful lady named Rachel called me, asked relevant questions about my issues, tank and setup etc. Asked me to send photos so she could assess everything and promised to call me back next day with more information and recommendations to help me solve my problem..
Rachel was very reassuring, and knowledgeable and gave me advice on what my next steps should be. Even offered a personal face to face meeting to discuss water issue further at a time convenient for me.
I would 100% recommend the company and Rachel for her Customer Service, care and knowledge..

Everything I need for my pond and aquarium at discounted prices.
I have found everything I need here for my pond and fish tanks. Everything is cheaper and you get points to exchange for rewards giving a lot more discounts. Delivery is always very quick so this site has been my "go to" supplier for many years now. I highly recommend the products and sevice.

Poor Service, Failed Delivery and Very Disappointing Customer Care
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
This is the second time I have had issues with an order, despite only ordering from them twice. My latest order was supposed to arrive within 48 hours of dispatch, but it did not arrive as expected and I have had to repeatedly chase for updates, with no satisfactory resolution.
The customer service I received was also extremely poor. When I called to raise my concerns, the Customer Service Manager refused to provide their name and accused me of having a “tone”, despite my frustration being reasonable given the circumstances.
Overall, I have been left very disappointed by the lack of care, poor communication and failure to resolve the issue properly. I have now asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded. Based on my experience, I would be very reluctant to use this company again.

I have just heard that Rachel is now working at Aquacadabra. I can’t speak highly enough of Rachel, she was my go to person at another aquatic store and I am so happy to find out that she is working for you. I would have bought all my supplies from her over the last 10 years plus and her friendly and helpful attitude made her a pleasure to deal with. Rachel’s experience and knowledge of the marine hobby was second to none. I now know where I will be shopping in the future so I can have the pleasure of dealing with her again.
