Really gratefull to Rachel …
Really gratefull to Rachel with her top notch advice on up to date marine products. As just started up my second reef tank after years away from it.got great advice from. Rachel. Purchased a DD1500S plus many other products all arrived promptly had one issue with heater but replaced immediately great customer service. So impressive and professional…
We have purchased on line via Amazon and have always been pleased with AQUA's efficiency . We had a problem with sourcing the correct part for our Oase filter system .I rang Aqua and a very helpful gentleman suggested I ring the company direct . as I didnt know the part number. she suggested I take the Item directly to Aqua . I was delighted to find they were only 30 mins drive away, I was immediately impressed with the show room and set up .We were greeted by Rachael a very professional sales lady . we told her our problems and she could not have been more helpful she painstakingly tried to match the sleeve . nothing was too much trouble for her .to our delight she found the exact match .plus we had to purchase another part as that had blown. Not only was I impressed with her knowledge and helpfulness .but of the vast selection of products in stock . Thanks AQUACADABRA. X
