Stephen Wilkinson - Ravenswood Primary
Stephen Wilkinson was our engineer. He communicated so well without me throughout the process of our school refurbishment. He worked quickly and resolved any teething issues we had promptly.
He visited our school on two occasions to fit and quickly resolve an issue prior to our pupils returning. He was kind and hardworking, couldn’t ask for more!

Lovely team, simple switch
We are a company who was having issues with our then water supplier, and the team at AquAid made our switch to them incredibly easy. They were informative, punctual, and made the process stress-free.
Particular thanks goes to Linda and Richard, who helped us through the initial stages of setting up our account with patience and efficiency, especially as we were trying to manage this during a heatwave!

Oms did a fantastic job of fixing the water leak to our water cooler and installing a new cooler too. He was in and done in about 30 mins. Brilliant!

Excellent Service
I had to call out an engineer to do a full disinfection and PH test of the water coolers on site.
Andy Cartwright attended and as always, he delivered an excellent service, explained what he's doing in the most polite way.

Be aware of a 5 year rollover on contracts.
Whilst the service provided is fine and within a reasonable cost, once you sign up your contact is for 5 year. At the expiration of this you must give a significant period of notice or you are committed to another 5 years or an exit fee in the thousands. I asked to speak to representatives of the company and calls were not returned. I would not wish to stay with them for the next 5 years. Check your contract very carefully before signing.
