As for bottle water companies go they…
As for bottle water companies go they do the job. When the machines break they come out in a timely manner. Seen Martin on a couple of occasions over the years to fix the machines nice guy and gets the job done. They also come out and clean the machines every couple of months. Martin arrived first thing this morning and quickly identified the fault with the hot water machine. He initially advised that a replacement part would be needed and that he hoped to return by the end of the week. To our surprise, just a few hours later he was back with everything required to complete the repair.
Excellent service all round — we have a very happy office!

Aquaid have been supplying our small office with fresh water since September 2020 and we have always received a very good service. I would like to thank Ste, who on our last delivery, brought the bottles of water upstairs to our office, rather than leaving them in the reception area. He was friendly and chatty and a pleasure to deal with!

Weekly visits
We have a weekly visit to our office in Manchester off John or Phillip who are both wonderful members of staff. There both friendly whilst being professional. They’re both very helpful and will always go out of there way when I have one of my many requests.

AquAid are a pleasure to deal with. Competitive pricing but the service is second to none. Christian is a great engineer. Always follows permit process upon arrival and follows site H&S rules. Christian is a problem solver and able to think on his feet. The full team have great service skills making the contract easy to manage.

Great service!
Had a leak on the valve that feeds the cooler on a Friday afternoon! Called up Aquaid and the engineer Paul Hill from the Liverpool office turned up within 30 mins.
Paul did a great job removing the stubborn push fit connector and replaced with new to save me the headache of having to turn off the water supply to the whole building over the weekend. Great service! Thanks

We’re glad we could help get the valve leak sorted on a Friday afternoon and that Paul was able to get to you so quickly.
He will, no doubt, be as pleased as we are (if not more so), to hear his work removing the stubborn push-fit connector and fitting a replacement did the trick, especially if it saved you from having to shut down the water supply across the building for the weekend.
