Great customer service today. We had a leak from a water cooler, contacted the company at 9am and had an engineer, Stephen Wilkinson, come straight away to fix the leak.

Excellent water coolers service…
Had 3 drinking water coolers service and filter change. Also had a leak on one cooler. Oms the engineer was amazing. Very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Explained and showed everything he was doing. He made sure we were totally happy with the service before he left. Perfect customer experience

It never ceases to amaze me that you put staff in branded vehicles who are so aggressive on the road.
Please educate them -
The big number in the red circle is the speed limit
When pedestrians are crossing at a clearly identified pedestrian crossing they should slow, stop and wait for them to cross, not make it their mission to act as if they are going to mow them down so they have to leap out of the way.
Your driver in London outside the Bo Tree Hotel should be ashamed of himself and receive a copy of the Highway Code instead of a bonus this year

The contract is very deceptive and…
The contract is very deceptive and clearly meant to trip you up. The Ts and Cs are barely legible and the mention of 60months is in tiny font just above where you sign.
Who enters in to a 5 year contract for a domestic water cooler? ? We're moving house 2 years in to the contract and they want over £1,035 to break the contract ie the cost of the final 3 years.
I have been in touch with Aquaid and they have offered to charge me £900 instead of £1,035

When a customer takes a machine with us, we split our costs over the period of the agreement. These costs include acquiring machines, installation, charitable donations and servicing. As a result, we are unable to just cancel agreements mid-way through as it could leave us at a substantial loss.
The length of the agreement is clearly visible on page one (the same page that has your signature) as we want it to be clear to you as a customer what period you are contracted for.

Excellent Service
Stephen Wilkinson could not have been more pleasant and helpful during installation. Took time to help with setting tower up, even drilling a hole for the power cable. He fully explained how the cooler worked and what we needed to do to get the best from our new purchase.
