Martin the attending engineer very efficient, friendly and considerate. Down to looking at the office environment and selecting the grey coloured water tower to match the office. Also he fully explained the issue and planned solution.

They arrange deliveries quickly and respond to queries straight away.
Never had any issues and will happily keep using them as long as we are in our office.

Fantastic visit today to fix a cooler problem, Oms was the engineer and nothing was too much trouble . Explained the issue and fixed it and helped to resolve the water flow issue by going above and beyond

Cheshire Gymnastics had a visit from…
Cheshire Gymnastics had a visit from Cristian yesterday and he provided such an efficient and customer care oriented service and repair. He was interested in our facility and explained everything we needed to know about what he was doing and how to make things better going forwards, he did a little extra also which added value so overall a great man and a credit to the company. I hope his supervisor understands how Cristian goes above and beyond what would normally be expected, well done all fabulous service!

Easy communication and friendly service
I decided on using AquAid for our office water cooler as my initial communication with them was easy but also, because the charitable ethos of the organisation was a good fit to my work.
Having attended both appointments promptly, Liverpool branch AquAid engineer Cristian undertook a site survey and the installation at our site.
I found Cristian to be a credit to them, a very friendly & approachable man who informed me of the next steps about the contract I have so he proved to be knowledgeable too, really good guy.

We recently had an issue with our Aqua Aid water machine, and Paul Hill came out to fix it. He was absolutely fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish. Paul quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done in simple terms, and had everything working perfectly in no time, and we was able to provide water again for the school kids at St Bede’s primary :)

We needed a watercooler for our office
We needed a watercooler for our office, when I called AquAid, the staff are so helpful and informed me very clearly of what was best for us. The install was completed with the upmost professionalism and again the member of staff who came was lovely and friendly and showed how it was used. We get weekly reminders to order water bottles if we require any and if we forget to reply, the lovely ladies in the office always phone us just to check.
Fab company and great staff.

Always a great straightforward service
Always a great straightforward service. Recently had the machines installed that run directly from the mains water. Much better way for our customers who hire the halls, especially on weekends when bottles could run out.
