5* Service
Had an issue with our watercooler which we have been renting for nearly 25 years. With a single call to the Aquaid office, Oms came to the office listened to our concerns and replaced the old cooler with a brand new model. Oms was quick efficient with a no nonsense approach. 5* service.

Very poor communications indeed
Very poor communications indeed. They just turn up when it suits them, regardless of the times you provide for delivery and collection. They simply couldn't care less. As a result, they have lost a customer. We emailed regarding the poor communications, a week later, we still haven't had any response at all.

Oms Saves The Day Again!
Oms came to site again today to fix one of our many machines. He walked in like a member of the family and continues to carry a great relationship between our two companies. His no nonsense approach is refreshing, no dilly dallying messing around, getting straight to the point, diagnosing what needs to be done and doing what he has to do.

Using AquAid
We have been considering switching suppliers for the supply of our drinking water after being badly let down by our previous suppliers on a number of occasions.
After I made an initial enquiry I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren who I could not compliment enough for her thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail.
Our business will soon be switching suppliers and we will begin using AquAid as the customer service support from Lauren has been excellent and definitely not what we have become used to from our current (soon to be previous) supplier.

Replacement water cooler
We've had our new water cooler replacement delivered today by Paul. He was very cheerful obviously happy in his work and he even helped with replacing the cup holder for us. Very quick delivery within a few days. Thank you We are based at L9 2BS. The Big Padlock
