Hydrator change
Had two hydrators with issues leaking and the button not working. Had been previously repaired. OMS came a few weeks ago and scheduled replacements. OMS arrived today and refit new ones and was quick, polite and professional. Many thanks

Avoid at all costs, otherwise it will cost you!
This company is quite literally ripping people off with contracts for a LONG period of time, read the small print, otherwise you will be tied up for years & years!

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way as we aim to be as transparent as possible. Our standard contracts are deliberately concise (just two pages) and the agreed term is clearly stated on the first page in the same font and layout as the rest of the document, directly above the signature line.
As a business-to-business service, we rely on agreed terms to plan capacity and deliver consistent quality to all our clients. That’s why we ask customers to review the contract carefully and honour the commitments made.
That said, we always welcome feedback and are happy to discuss any specific concerns directly if you’d like to get in touch.
10/10 Friendly smile and problem served….
Amazing experience today. Oms turned up sorted the water cooler after an already false attempt.49 mins later parts replaced and we are up and running!

Excellent service from the Liverpool office! Julie, Tony and the team are always helpful and delivery of water is really quick. The service of our water coolers is done promptly and efficiently. And I have to say, Phil, who delivers our order, is a fantastic guy, helpful and just gets on with the job! He’s a really great ambassador for the company. I wouldn’t use anyone else for all things water!! Thanks Liverpool, you do a fantastic job.

James was so helpful !
James was so helpful, he came out originally to assess where the unit could be installed and was very friendly and helpful. James returned today to complete the install and everything was so quick and efficient, there was no mess left after the job was finished and he talked us through how the machine worked and maintenence. Highly recommend AquAid !

OMS came to fix a faulty water fountain…
OMS came to fix a faulty water fountain which had poor flow speed and pressure there was a faulty solanoid, he didn’t have any on him so he replaced our fountain temporarily for us as we had a grand opening a day later.
Very pleasant interaction and explained clearly very tidy and polite manner
