Nice water and very helpful delivery person
Russ is very polite and helpful. He brings the water bottles all the way in to the factort and takes away the old ones. He is cheerful and seems to really enjoy his work. The water is fresh and clear tasting.

Credit where credit's due.
Russ from AquAid has looked after us with our water supply for many years. He's always happy and helpful even when he's been under the weather. We have multiple coolers in more than one building and it's never too much trouble for Russ to check what we need. AquAid have a good gauge of when you need replenishment and it's easy to arrange delivery if you get through water a bit quicker in the Summer. Thank you to Russ and AquAid for your continued support.

The engineer Stephen Wilkinson attended…
The engineer Stephen Wilkinson attended my property to do a pre installation inspection and then returned to do the install today. My whole experience with aquaaid was seamless and Stephen Wilkinson provided 1st class service from start to finish.
I would take no hesitation in recommending aquaaid and feel Steven Wilkinson should be recognised for his valuable contribution.

Our new service provider
About 18months ago we changed our drinking water cooler supplier to AquAid all over a large University campus. Since then they have provided a great service!
They are very well organised, easy to contact and quick to act on any issues that may occur. The service Engineer who attends our site, Stephen Wilkinson, is always happy to help, polite and knowledgeable. Stephen is a great engineer who can get things fixed quickly without any fuss. I would recommend AquAid as a service provider to anyone.

Fantastic customer service
I purchased my water cooler from AquAid many years ago. The customer service is second to none. Every 6 months Stephen Wilkinson comes to the island and services the water cooler. He always arranges a time that suits me and is just the nicest, most efficient guy. I am so pleased with the service and highly recommend AquAid.

Fantastic service
Aquaid are a great company. We live on island so have our water coolers serviced on a regular basis is perfect. I already receive an email letting me know weeks in advance when Stephen Wilkinson is going to be visiting the site. Stephen is very good at his job and makes sure all the coolers are serviced and in working order before he leaves. He also explains to us if there have been any issues and how they were resolved….thank you

Helpful and friendly service
Stephen Wilkinson introduced himself with a friendly and cheerful manner at the door. Once Stephen brought the cooler in he was very helpful installing it and explaining all the functions on the machine.

Amazing service
My company (Bullring and Grand Central - Birmingham) required 2 individual water coolers for an emergency fit out. We were dealt with great professionalism and an amazing and efficient service. Really happy. Delivery was super fast too. Thanks to all the team at AquAid
