ASL were very proactive in finding a better printing machine for us which met our needs much more closely for a better price. The staff were always friendly, helpful and responsive.

After participating in a procurement exercise with a local Catholic multi-academy trust, we found ASL to be the standout bidder, offering exceptional value.
While I tend to be sceptical of value assessments and photocopier sales pitches, the service we’ve received from ASL has exceeded our expectations.
We introduced a new fleet of eight copiers to our large secondary school in Croxteth on 1st September, and from day one, everything has run smoothly. There have been no complaints from staff, and feedback has been consistently positive. The faster copiers have noticeably increased productivity among our educators. The ASL team was excellent at understanding our needs and ensuring the fleet was perfectly suited to the demands of the school. They delivered exactly what was promised, within the required timescales.
Having worked with ASL for over 15 years in various schools across Liverpool, including Northwood Primary and Bellerive FCJ Catholic College, I can confidently say that this recent experience has reaffirmed their high standard of service.
The engineers and sales staff are seemingly all local, and Richard, in particular, has been a brilliant partner. He was incredibly patient and supportive as we defined our requirements, guiding us every step of the way to ensure we made the best decisions for the school and helping us understand the advanced technologies on offer.
I wholeheartedly thank ASL for their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to delivering great value, and I highly recommend them.

Customer service is appalling. We had a long relationship with ASL and service was a mixed experience. However now we are largely paper free and the contract has come to a natural end, we are struggling to get a simple answer to when/if the contract has ended, because there is a rolling three month clause with a direct debit. I have asked ASL a dozen times if this has ended, and how we recover printers in an ecological fashion, and getting no answers. Massive waste of my time for a simple answer from Reece. Terrible service and I can see this going to court if we stop the debit and they still try and charge.

Terrible, they cannot even be bothered to email me back after emailing accounts and customer service, I was inherited from their acquisition with another company. Shocking experience. Regards, Scott at Keystones Property

The service I received from their tech support colleague Matt Kear was one of the best I've ever come across.
My issue was getting the printer to print with preserving CMYK colours for the purpose of marketing proofing.
It took a few attempts until we found the issue that required a new printer driver.
Although, his initial choice didn't work out and Matt himself wasn't familiar with colour profiles, he knew which colleague, (who was based in a totally different part of the country) to ask for advice and in the end installed the right driver on my laptop. Thanks Matt.

ASL worked with extremely short notice to replace our ageing machine. They kept us informed, were quick to respond to our questions and remained friendly and helpful throughout. We received an upgraded machine earlier than we expected and delivery was easy and straight forward. They are a great team and we will definitely be using ASL in the future.

Took out a lease on a Canon printer in early November 23 which was not fit for purpose. Was informed all finance and payments would be put on hold from ASL and finance company whilst a return and replacement arranged. Late November payment was then taken for installation as well as quarterly bill for a printer we were not even using.
Much back and forth talking to customer service as well as account managers and directors over the following months and still not resolved by March, despite numerous assurances.
Direct debits previously had to be stopped as still no resolution by February/March, at which point I ended up with a default on my credit report as ASL had still failed to sort the issue or informed the finance company there was a hold on all payments.
Eventually collection of the Canon was arranged, and a suitable replacement was delivered in March. New agreement for replacement printer was put in place as well formally documented that all monies owed to me would be returned. Direct debits reinstated for new printer, only to subsequently realise after a second successive payments in May followed by one in June that payments are now being taken for both printers from the new direct debit.
I am still yet to receive reimbursement and every time we speak to ASL individuals are either on leave, unavailable or it's out of the hands to sort. Meanwhile 8 months down the road of this shambolic experience I am now owed over £1800 from ASL and the finance has clearly still to be resolved suitably.

I registered a fault with our printer and received an email notifying that support would be in contact. Within minutes of the email I received a call. The support fully understood my problem and was able to talk me through fixing it while on the phone. Within 2 minutes the problem was resolved and the printer back up and working. This was excellent customer service and all involved were really polite and helpful. Thank you!!

Technician friendly and on time. The machine was delivered on time as well. Technician helped to place it where it was most workable and the delivery man removed old machine. The Technician then explained working of the machine. We are now confident to use the machine - all very satisfactory. Thank you.
