Gifted a locket from Astley Clarke last…

Gifted a locket from Astley Clarke last year for mother’s day, my fave necklace i wore everyday. Unfortunately the centre peal fell out, i contacted Astley Clarke and Zoe was amazing with helping me get the necklace replaced. Thank you so so much Zoe!

Looking for advice with regard to lost earring

I had to contact Zoe on the advice of a lovely sales person from Monmouth Street store - my enquiry was regarding the replacement of a lost earring. Zoe was extremely helpful. I couldn’t have been given better customer service. Thank you!

Great customer service

I bought two rings in the same, not realising it would be a credit note for returned sale items. Zoe was brilliant and sorted a refund for me and was very lovely. Excellent customer service and I love the ring I kept.

Zoe was absolutely fantastic

Zoe was absolutely fantastic, very sympathetic to my situation and provided great support. I have contacted Astley Clarke regarding repurchasing some items of jewellery which have been recently stolen. The models are no longer available but Zoe very kindly provided some pictures. Also I am extremely grateful for the discount offer for the pieces on the current collection. I hope to return soon under happier circumstances! Thank you once again for your kindness and professionalism!

Zoe has been extremely helpful in the repair of my wife's bracelet. She provided excellent communication and the process of getting the item to the repair centre a piece of cake. This level of service deserve's 10 stars and I would 100% recommend AC to anyone.

When I explained there was a problem with catch mechanism on the earrings I bought for my daughter.
They replaced them promptly.

Lovely product and customer service!

Lovely product (Locket) and great customer service!

Received the locket on-time, a few months later we had a slight issue with the clasp but this was quickly resolved and repaired, and all emails were responded to very promptly - Zoe was very helpful.

Pretty but not practical

Having purchased a necklace locket for my wife for Christmas I was pleased to have allowed plenty of time before Christmas as the first item arrived and was missing all personalisations, engraving and photos.

The replacement arrived but the photos fall out on the first wearing. Disappointed we reached out and we were offered new photos. Unable to have a refund as it was personalised.

New having worn the necklace a few times the locket doesn't stay closed and my wife's stopped wearing it. Shame after just 2 months it's put aside.

I don't believe the quality is very good. The customer service has been plesent but I couldn't recommend them having had multiple issues and wasted my money.

Amazing customer service

After purchasing a bracelet for a birthday present, there was a problem with delivery. Astley Clark could not have been more helpful and despite issues with the delivery address, they were able to make sure the present arrived in time. Would definitely recommend

Horrible quality

Horrible quality, received it for Christmas not even two months ago, locket is already no longer closing, pictures fading. It’s really bad quality for the price would not recommend

Beware with Astley Clarke quality

Beware with Astley Clarke quality. I bought a ring ( 18ct Gold-plated Vermeil Silver Ottima Mother Of Pearl £110) in their sample sale for around half price.
After wearing the ring 3 times the stone has fallen out and subsequently disappeared, and the item is not under warranty as it was bought in a sample sale. If I’d have bought it full price it would be under warranty but still a faff to replace and fix.

The quality seemed fine on buying but obviously not worth it. Glad I bought it at half price or I’d be even more upset.

Really good customer service. I had a faulty bracelet which was still under warranty. Customer services got back to me straight away and arranged a replacement.
