Hassle Free
Had it for 2 years now and it’s been fantastic. Heating is back on for another year with no issues, and the bills are still down. The whole experience has been easy and hassle-free, and everything has worked exactly as expected. Really happy with it and would definitely recommend to anyone considering it.

We had gone through a terrible water…
We had gone through a terrible water leak, from a pipe feeding a water tank in the roof in the night, November 2024. This had taken out our boiler, massive damage to our house. That took 6 months and lots of labour to get back to some kind of normality. We had a friend who we called upon to run the job. British Gas were not too helpful.
Our friend used a Brilliant company Barrick’s of Northampton who cleared out all the tanks in the roof and piping etc. They suggested ATAG Combi Boiler so glad they did! Barrick’s completed the work May 2025 the boiler is just amazing quality, we are amazed our gas bills are lower. The first service went so smooth. Wonderful service and a quality boiler. A long Warranty. First service May 2026

I’ve been using an ATAG boiler for nearly two years
I’ve been using an ATAG boiler for nearly two years now. I reviewed the boilers available to replace my old combi boiler that was on its last legs. I wanted something that would last a long time so chose the ATAG boiler as it had stainless steel components. It’s been fantastic over the last two years providing hot water and hot radiators. It was particularly noticeable how much it had improved our radiators last winter. They warmed up much quicker and stayed hotter.

IC Economy 35 Plus boiler - Never Happier
It’s coming up to two years since we installed an IC Economy 35 Plus boiler and must say we have been delighted with its economy, reliability and performance. It runs a large underfloor heating system covering 185sqM (with a 12L expansion tank) with ease and 3 bathrooms, all flawlessly. It only kicks in when needed and only gives you the output required to do the job. We have found the reduction in energy costs noticeable. When installed we took out the 18 years warranty available with this boiler which gives us additional piece of mind. Servicing is annual by an ATAG registered engineer and is not a massive expense, this is a requirement to maintain the validity of your warranty. What was equally a surprise was a customer care courtesy call received today, a follow up to see how the boiler was performing, if there were any issues (there were non) and to ask if we had any questions about the boiler we needed to ask. What a great service and I highly recommend ATAG as a manufacturer and the IC Economy 35 Plus boiler (notwithstanding I’m sure any of their range of boilers are up to the job for the requirements of your property). It was (still is) a top of the range boiler so not the cheapest on the market but in my opinion, if you can afford a little extra you get what you pay for and you have the backing of ATAG Customer Service.

Atag central heating and hot water boiler. Installer obviously knew what needed to…
Installer obviously knew what needed to be done. Gave a quick rundown on the controls that I may like to adjust. It works with my old Google Nest thermostat. I am using less gas compared to my old boiler. It is quieter also. Happy to recommed to potential purchasers.

Death of boiler.
Our old boiler was playing and on the recommendation of the engineer went for Atag boiler. He did mention others but said that Atag are the best. Easy to use,quite and economical.
This has proved true seen a large drop in in our heating bill.
Comes with an excellent warranty and back up service.

Great Boiler
The boiler is quite compact, smaller than the last one and the display is easy to read and operate. My boiler Engineer recommended ATAG as he thought they were better made than other models and so far so good. My gas usage has reduced and I have a 12 year warranty so overall very happy!

Having had the Atag boiler for nearly a…
Having had the Atag boiler for nearly a year to be honest never really looked at it as I had no need but last week I was in the cupboard and thought there was no pipe to fill the pressure if I ever needed to as my old one had a flexi pipe. Curiosity got the better off me so I called customer service who told me it was not a dumb question He explained that the boiler had it fitted so no need for a separate feed. I apologised for wasting their time but he said any problem even if it's just curiosity they are happy to help. It's five stars from me.

Our heating engineer recommended ATAG when we wanted a boiler replacement, and I am glad he did. These are top-of-the-line boilers with extremely efficient performance, quiet operation, and an exceptionally long warranty. The difference from our old boiler was night and day.
