Recommended this boiler by my plumber
Recommended this boiler by my plumber, he explained the intervals to me, such as the stainless steel heat exchanger and how it’s focused on ease of maintenance. The boiler is so efficient compared to the one it replaced. It’s been in over two years now and have not had any problems. I would highly recommend Atag. Also the extended warranty is a highly attractive feature.

Extremely efficient ATAG boiler
Extremely efficient ATAG boiler. I researched which boiler was the most economical and true to form ATAG are the Rolls Royce of boilers.
Our gas bills are down despite having the heating o a more regular basis.
Our installer Proheat service it annually.

Firstly, it's the best boiler we've ever had. I've left the review for a few months to see what it's like, and it hasn't disappointed.

Excellent support to boiler warranty repair, I’d recommend ATAG
When our 2 year old boiler failed to heat the water, the display had stopped working as well so no fault codes, tried turning off and on to reset nothing. We called ATAG at 8.30am and had confirmation that an engineer would call later that day.
At 2 pm ish Stuart Hulland arrived, he replaced the mother board and the new on reported a fault with the fan so he replaced that, reset everything checked the boiler and it was back working.
So I can’t speak highly enough of the ATAG team and Stuart very professional and excellent support sorted in under seven hours.
I hope not to need them again but with 16 years to run on the warranty I have every confidence any issues will be sorted.

My Atag boiler was installed by a local…
My Atag boiler was installed by a local engineer, who was punctual and extremely professional. Since the install we have had no issues,there is very little noise from the boiler. Atag update us regularly regarding the efficiency of our boiler,which we are extremely pleased with. The long term warranty has given us peace of mind,if you are considering purchasing a new boiler, Iwould recommend this company.

Fabulous customer service
After struggling with the process of obtaining replacement parts I had a great conversation with Paul, head of technical at ATAG. Not only did he resolve the confusion on how to obtain parts, but he agreed to send out a complimentary replacement part, next day delivery, for the delay we experienced and provided me with his direct contact details should we require any assistance in the future. Completely satisfied with my ATAG…
Completely satisfied with my ATAG combination boiler. I had my boiler installed nearly 2 years ago and have been delighted with it. I’m sure it is more efficient than the boiler it replaced, and it comes with a 12-year warranty (provided I have it serviced annually), which tells me that ATAG are sure it will give me long service. I heartily recommend getting an ATAG boiler.

Best decision we have made in years
We recently had an ATAG boiler installed, and I couldn't be happier with the decision.
First and foremost, a massive shoutout to our installer.(Pete from Heatrite) The service we received was top-tier from start to finish—incredibly professional, tidy, and took the time to make sure everything was set up perfectly.
As for the ATAG boiler itself, the build quality is immediately obvious. It is an exceptionally well-made piece of engineering. Two things stood out to us right away: it is extremely quiet (you honestly hardly know it’s running)as the airing cupboard is in our bedroom, and it's highly economical, which is a massive plus for our energy bills.
It has also made a noticeable difference to our water temperature for the better—no more fluctuating temperatures, just instant, consistent hot water. And not to mention the long warranty that comes with it provides fantastic peace of mind. Knowing we are covered for years to come makes this a phenomenal investment.
Highly recommend both ATAG and a quality local installer if you want a stress-free heating upgrade!

ATAG was recommended by boiler…
ATAG was recommended by boiler servicer. The fitted boiler is reliable, quiet, efficient and with TADO app easy to operate.
Service from supplier has been good and ATAG have followed up with calls to check the boiler is performing well. They have provide technical support. Though I have not needed to use that service it is reassuring to know it is available.

Great boiler to have .
This range of boiler I’m told by a lot of people is the best right now , The control box took a bit of getting used to as you keep the temperature constant rather than turning it up and down, husband still can’t grasp it , it worked better for me in winter than our old boiler as I felt the house was always a good temperature, great customer service and warranty, will know next year if we are saving money or not .
