I requested 2 brochures from 2 different companies. One company hounded me relentlessly. Aura let me take my time to decide, no pushy sales pitch. The staff I spoke to were lovely and answered my questions with good humour and reassurance. I would recommend Aura.

Very straightforward, and information readily available by post, the Staff were very helpful, and whilst contact was made there was no pressure to proceed before I was ready.

I bought your preplanned cremation over the phone. The young man who arranged my plan was so pleasant and so easy to talk to, he made me feel very at ease as this is quite a sensitive thing to plan. So very pleased it is all sorted and would recommend Aura to my friends.

They were very clear on the options available for cremation and were always sympathetic and quick to respond to queries.
