I am expecting a Track suit in blue and white, and thought that my Shark Steamer pads were sent from Grandado? Is the track suit still to come?

Well the fuel shark plug in it kind of works for about 3 days then the fuse blows then it will not work now I have blown 4 fuses in the last 2 weeks so in fact it is costing me money not saving money so this plug in is no good for a Mitsubishi triton 2024 model

The green briki delivered to me had a power plug that was unsuitable for access to power in Australia.
When the consultant from Grandado discussed this issue with me, she offered to forward an appropriate adapter suitable for my needs.
I was very happy with the outcome and I thank you.

I had ordered a pair of guitar machine heads, but received only one after a long long waiting. Now I cannot use it, have to go locally and buy a new set here in Australia.
Be careful of this Company, they mislead you to buy products by tricking you.

I received the wrong product. I notified Granado and followed the returns and refund guidelines. I was contacted and received an apology and acknowledgement that it was incorrect. I was then offered a 125% voucher which I declined and requested a full refund as per returns and refunds policy. I was then given a final solution of 150% voucher. This is totally unacceptable and corrupt and not in line with policy. Totally poor service and customer relations!!!! Yet to hear back after once again requesting a refund.

Easy to use and delivery was surprisingly fast! Within a week I had my order!!

Ordered beautiful martini glasses, which arrived really well packaged.

I had bought one of these lanterns previously and expected this one to be the same, but it is not. This one is plastic (previous one is metal) and although picture appeared to be the same as the one I had, it is not.

Hi I was disappointed not getting the full package advertising 10 switches, I only got 1 switch, very disappointed because the job Not completed, I can't completed because I need at least 6 switches my question is? am I getting the rest of the switches soon please explain why they delight and why I didn't get what was promised in the package.

What a great product self adhesive film to cover a glass window - I love it & all my neighbours now want to know where I got it from! It was so easy to apply & it looks great. Grandado kept me informed regarding postage & I received the item within a fortnight (coming from the US) the cost was very reasonable & so was the postage. I would purchase from this firm again

I have two lamps with glass shades. One got broken over a year ago. I contacted the company (ELGO) for a replacement only to be told that they don't have any because the model has been discontinued. I was determined to keep the lampshade because even without the shade, it still worked just fine. After trying many lighting shops and even Bunnings, I finally just did a Google search of the lampshade and accidentally came across Grandado. After SO long, I found a company that had what I was looking for!! I bought 2 new replacements because they aren't exactly the same as the old one, but they fit perfectly and look even better than the original! The ordering process was easy, email communication clear, and the shades arrived in a very secure package to ensure no breakages.

Item advertised as stainless steel but is plastic. Refused to provide return instructions instead offering either a 50% discount on item I dont want or 150% voucher to waste on some of their other rubbish.

Happy with product

The sticky pads are intended to keep mats in place on timber floors. I could not find a suitable product for
use on carpet floors. Tried these on carpet looks like it might work with 8 stickies to a mat.

I ordered a quality item made from aluminium and paid extra for that
Instead Grandado sent me a cheaper copy made from plastic, and still charged me for the aluminium item. Grandado said they would look into it, but l never heard from them again.

Order paid for arrived incomplete. Trying to get Grandado to do something required navigating a user interface designed to be difficult. Designed to make customers give up . It’s a cynical business model and my first experience on this platform is poor . I wouldn’t encourage anyone to use it
