Cable connector into MP3 player will not connect
Connector into MP3 player is too high - right shape and width, but it would not fit. I am using a high end ACTIVO CT-10 mp3 player. It might be a fit replacement cable for cheap Chinese mp3 players, but not for high end mp3 players. Just more Chinese rubbish. You never said it had to be ordered from China when I selected it. If I knew it was coming from China, I would not have ordered it, because the Chinese are incapable of producing high end product spare parts. Will not be using you again.

Placed an order but the shipping terms…
Placed an order but the shipping terms were not communicated at checkout. I contacted the company for a cancellation of the order but they refused and said the delivery can take up to 25 business days (5 weeks). This means i cannot return the items until 5 weeks from now. And then an additional 2 weeks after they receive them for a refund to be processed. This breaks the Australian consumer law.

After placing an order on 25th October…
After placing an order on 25th October I was informed that it had been delivered. No such delivery was received. when looking at trace of package the following message was received. "Your package has been delivered! It may be that the package is in your mailbox, or has been delivered to the neighbors, or that the delivery person is calling you."

GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Initially wrote a negative review but boy was I wrong. After saying that my item arrived with an EU electrical plug, which I missed in the description of the item they offered to send the correct plug. This they did not have to do.

There said the item would arrive within 5 business days. Im waiting already 3 months but still nothing. It still not even posted. I tried to cancel that order but they said it's not possible. I do not recommend this page to anyone! Its a scam!

The shower hose was just what we needed…
The shower hose was just what we needed to finish our bathroom renovation. This was the only one metre house we could find and it was a good price. The only draw back is plastic fittings.
