When I called Auto Protect

When I called Auto Protect, I spoke to Luke, who was incredibly helpful, honest and patient. My previous cover didn’t provide everything I needed, so I wanted to make sure I had the right level of protection in place going forward to give me peace of mind. Luke took the time to explain everything clearly and help me understand my options. A big thank you to Luke for his excellent customer service. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for vehicle protection!

unable to access

I added the ap to my phone, but could not get it to accept the code sent to me, so unable to log on. I just got the yesterday so no urgency, but the garage recommended that I sign in asap.

I travelled up from ReThe VIP treatment, zero waffle.ading to collect…

I travelled up from Reading to collect my car, and thanks to standard British rail chaos, I got stuck. Enter Jake, who literally left the dealership to collect me from the station himself. You cannot fake that level of customer care. Jake was completely transparent and a joy to deal with, and Corey was equally superb. They fix problems instantly, and the after-sales team actually stays in touch instead of ignoring your existence. Exceptional service from a flawlessly run outfit.

Contacted quickly by email once I purchased my new car. Easy to join with straight forward guidance on line. Only issue was there appeared to be a time delay getting an email with a code number this seemed to take several attempts but managed in the end

I am due a refund from my previous…

I am due a refund from my previous policy with you. It would have been helpful if this could have been taken into account when purchasing my new policy. Had this been the case I would have given you a 5 star feedback.

Danny from sales was very professional

Danny from sales was very professional, and explained all finer point of the vehicle I purchased, without being over indulgent, I have just one issue outstanding, the maintenance team haven’t as yet contacted me regarding a the two year service plan I verbally agreed at the time of purchase. Please help if you read this added comment, but it in now ways reflects on Danny
