Simple to use though wasn’t sure how to explain the damage eg scuff & possible chip so just chose one.
Updated later-I recd a prompt email reply that unfortunately they were unable to repair the mark to a sufficient standard but offered some compensation towards the payment if I get it done by a qualified registered company.

The availability of protective products to aid the new car purchase was a welcome addition to the whole process. Whilst not compulsory and not inexpensive add on, their presence provided comfort.
