Honest comments from salesman, we have had this cover with previous Audi. Makes sense to have this cover for 3years.

I have a tyre policy with AutoProtect. I got a puncture and followed the procedure set out in the App and contacted the recommended national repair company. I telephoned two of the recommended providers local to me which are part of the group and they said they no longer deal with AutoProtect.

I called the third closest and was told that it was a two step process to get my tyre repaired. The repair provider explained the damage would need to be assessed and the paperwork submitted to AutoProtect for review before the wheel could be mended. He explained that it often takes several weeks for AutoProtect to review the paperwork and then it takes additional time for the repair to be scheduled. I am unable to pay for the work and then claim it back from AutoProtect. I have not created a claim via AutoProtect as I have a nail in my tyre and cannot wait several weeks for the tyre to be repaired/replaced so I am paying independently. I would not recommend AutoProtect and would give it 0/5 but that option was not available.

Very polite and clear details from the representative of AutoProtect

An operative from shine attended my vehicle 3 weeks ago, didn't undertake the legitimate repair, said he was writing a report and I have heard nothing at all. It feels like a poor service.

This company is evasive when it come to answering calls and queries when you have to make a claim. They do not answer emails when you make claims and are very reluctant to pay out despite being really happy to take the premium when you buy the car.
Avoid - customer service is terrible

The staff were helpful, professional and courteous. Ali in particular went above and beyond expectations.
