Worst insurance experience ever
Worst insurance experience ever. You’ll only waste your money—thousands, even millions. They’re quick and responsive when you’re applying, but once you’re signed up, the support disappears. The “Financial Solutions Officer” assigned to me was completely unhelpful. If you live abroad, do not waste your money on this company.

If you have issues with insurance companies in the Philippines consider filing a complaint to the Insurance Commission Philippines or seek legal advice.
They contacted me to "resolve" the issue when the only thing they are doing is to make sure the resolution only benefits them and NOT the client. This resolution is taking ages and the person they sent to resolve the issue takes ages to respond

I had the worst customer service in my existence! Paolo lacked judgment and empathy. I’ve already provided all verification answers and a screenshot but he wouldn’t still help me. I didn’t ask how much I got, but only to switch fund allocation because I am losing money. I hate to think AxA would Just take my payments for years and end up losing all of it. Where is the essence of investing?
AXA Health Care Access Prime
AXA Health Care Access Prime. Since AXA has moved to Maxicare, some doctors and hospitals in Davao, refuse to accept the AXA policy and make the patient pay, even though they are approved AXA doctors and hospitals. They said Maxicare takes a very long time to pay. AXA refuses to reimburse the fees charged by doctors / hospitals. I would not recommend AXA for such a healthcare plan. Poor service.

AXA MOTOR INSURANCE IS A SCAM. They denied my claim for reasons that is not stated in the policy terms. I am so disappointed. I have been with them since 2016 , only this time i am making a claim and they are trying to give reasons which is beyond the what is written.. shout out to Maria Cecilia for your unreasonable claims handling. I initially believed I had discovered a secure investment opportunity, not that they were also dishonest. I've learnt the hard way; I haven't been able to access my money for the past four months. I invested with Good merit, as advised by my fiancé, and I've been receiving regular payments ever since.

Yow AXA life you’re a scam! How many 5 more business days do I need to wait before you provide me the refund of my canceled travel insurance?! You’re impossible, every time I email you it took you ages to respond. Will only receive a response from you when I call your agent. So unprofessional! Getting a refund from you is taking forever! I believe you’re not under staff to be delinquent in responding to my queries and processing my request but this is too much!

Kung may negative lang or zero yun ibibigay ko. Just have a stroke last year and they rejected my claim, resubmitted the documents then sabi nila hindi raw nila mabasa zip file. Anong rason yan. Kapag singilan lang sila magaling. Never trust insurances.
Terrible experience!
The transaction to withdraw my funds took forever and was passed around to different people, each giving different responses. It seems like they’re not coordinating with each other at all. Every time I was asked for a new requirement, only for my request to be rejected again.
This company is prompt when it comes to getting your money or convincing you to invest, but when you actually need the money, they make you beg for it. I highly do not recommend them.

Very dissapointed.Health concerns should be addressed with a prompt response, the very main reason why someone wants to avail HMO is to use it for a consult or check at the beginning of a possible disease. But with the customer support, mobile application that shows more of the things to sell rather than options for easier navigation, and the time it takes to request for a LOA. I would not recommend it. Try with other HMO who care MORE to its patients.

AXA Insurance really helped me! They offer very good insurance and customer service. Their employees are very responsive and very trustworthy! I recommend this company!
Bad customer service
Unfortunately, my experience with AXA Philippines has been disappointing, particularly in terms of their customer service. The support team is often unhelpful and seems uninformed about their own processes and policies. It feels like they lack proper training, which leads to confusion and frustration for customers.
One of the most frustrating aspects is their response time. It takes an unreasonably long time for them to reply to inquiries or resolve issues. Whether it’s through email, phone, or in-person visits, the delays are unacceptable and give the impression that customer concerns are not a priority.
Overall, the lack of efficiency and professionalism in their customer service makes dealing with AXA Philippines a frustrating experience. Improvements in training, communication, and response time are urgently needed.

I am very disappointed to your service. Its been 3 weeks my car insurance claim is still under review. I have been a loyal axa provider for so many years. I paid big amout but your service is very slow.

Inveated in 2017. Total premium paid is 450K. After 7 years, account value is 339 K. Opted for full withdrawal due to loss and bad reviews. Avoiding further loss.
Lots of regrets as I recruited my family members.

NEVER TRUST AXA!
For the very last time, I hope everyone will get to read this review. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. You will not get the help you need and they will tell false claims regarding your policy when it's time that you are about to settle your plan.
In short, they will not cover your expenses and even you exert all your effort claiming for your policy THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A HAND.
Withdraw your policy if you must coz it will just be a total waste. TRUST ME!
Never ever trust AXA
Never ever trust AXA. Kung pwede lang ireklamo at ipasara ginawa ko na. We got the Premium Global Access plan with 100M healthcare coverage. My daughter only had UTI -it’s going to be the first time we will ever use her card. Then nung bayaran na, AXA forfeited our plan on the spot and said we are not eligible to get any assistance because our agent missed-declared my daughter’s pre-existing asthma. Ang layo naman ng ashthma sa UTI na hindi pre-existing. I was explaining na we mentioned everything to our agent and that’s the very reason why we got the plan tapos icacancel and no refund nila just because of their miss? I even told them, they should have requested for medical history or labs (it should be their due diligence to do that since mataas ang coverage ng plan). 50k annual plan for HMO is no joke. Magiging strict lang sila pag singilan na. Tapos hindi macontact ung agent and head nung time na may gulo na. Really bad aftersales! Kaya if may AXA kayo, better review or stop it at all cost kasi sayang talaga ang pera.

Just like the rest here, my first hand experience is to AVOID THEM!
We had a several days delay on our flight, according to Axa's own terms we should be paid for our expenses.
After half year (!) with emailing back and forth we just gave up. The people who receive the emails are not the same who look at the case, so commication is tampered/misleading every time.
We had all relevant documentation, one person said yes this is obligeable for claim, other said no.
It's like they are rolling dice to find out what they will answer.
10.000 php down the drain. We was a family of 5 where 4 had insurance in Axa, and 1 in another company. That another company responded swiftly and correctly to the claim, and paid out for the 1 person after a few days. Just like Axa should, if they was serious.
