Hello everyone is

Hello everyone , I regret to say that my rating have no choice. If this only have negative zero (-0), I will choose it. I've been with this insurance company for seven years ( got insurance way back 2015) but I got disappointed and loss of money. ..Almost 30% was cut from my capital fund while it supposed to earned interest. This is really a bad investment company. I was told before that my money will earn from investor which I tend to place a big amount of my money but got nothing and money loss. Pls.dont get ong with this insurance or you may have the same experience like us. The money that you saved for your self and family will only turn nothing..( This company is a BIG SCAM)

AXA is a scamming company

AXA is a scamming company, Me & my wife also took out an Axelerator insurance product, Nearly 5 years ago. What we was told is all lies and fabrication to make u take out the plan. Even if I reached 100 years of age, I would still lose at least 40% of my money. They take 30% premium charge every month, they put the rest of ur money into Chinese typhoon fund where u cannot make money and at a high risk. Try contacting them about issues with the insurance, no chance. AXA philippines is a total rip off. Please read all reviews before making any contact with this company's agents. This is nothing but a money making scam for them to take your hard earned money. I really don't want to give 1 star, but I can't make the review if I don't. U will lose money. Be warned.

Scammed! Please Avoid

4 years into our "investment" and after asking 4 members of staff and customer service several times, we were shocked that we've been mislead and scammed into life insurance that we did not ask for. In 2018 my partner entered an "Axelerator" policy where the member of staff she spoke with said that she would be paying 3000 a month into a policy that grows your money by 8% in 5 years. There was no mention that 35% of your money is for life insurance. 4 years later after asking several offices and members of staff that only 65% of our money has been invested into a "Chinese Tycoon Fund". The rest is gone but not only that, the fund we have unknowingly invested in puts your capital at risk. We are now doing everything we can to contest this and will certainly be seeking legal advice on how it's legally possible to not be informed on what the investment is and being denied an account statement. If we had an account statement we would have certainly ceased making any payments after the first month. Please, please, avoid you would be better putting your money in a standard savings account or storing it as cash in your house

Waste of money and disappointment

Waste of money and disappointment. Instead of growing your invested money it will turned out that you will loss 40% of it for their own benefits. They are really a FRAUD. After using your money for 5 years, making sure that your paying regular monthly so that in due time you have this amount to be use in case when you need it. But a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, FRUSTRATING and REGRETABLE because the amount you expected to claim after the maturity date is so less than what you paid. They loads of explanation that you never aware of during the application. AXA Philippines investment insurance is the worse and tricky company at all. If theres a chance to stop them to trick other applicant specially the OFW, we need to stop them. Im willing to cooperate if we can atleast publish an article about their fraud investment just to stop people to invest them i will do my best part.

I had a bad experience with the…

I had a bad experience with the customer service regarding my travel insurance. I was inquiring for an extension of the policy and sent it on march 19, unfortunately up to this time I did not receive any information at all.
If this is the kind of service provided with travel insurance what more to expect if I get a life or health insurance with the company? I doubt that I will be getting better service.

AXA only sounds good during sales but fails miserably in reality.

My wife and I bought the AXA medical insurance premium account. This is supposed to be a replacement for our current medical insurance. The AXA rep told us that we can choose our hospitals and our doctors in the list. So we checked and Medical City of Southern Luzon was on the list. They also said that the plan covers us outside of the Philippines. After paying a huge amount for the quarterly premium, we decided to try using it. Annual physical checkup was denied even if our hospital is listed in their list of hospitals. They said that all annual physical exam from other hospitals is suspended and the exams can only be done through their chosen lab. Lab tests from our hospital is denied. You can only use their lab. Before we paid, we can choose our hospital and our personal doctor. After we paid, now we can't choose. What use is a AXA medical insurance premium account if you can't use it? Stay away from this insurance. Incidently, we will cancel all the life insurance plans that we purchased for our employees and ban AXA all together. We can't really trust that this insurance will actually pay for anything based on what the agent said.

I wrote this letter to AXA and it was…

I wrote this letter to AXA and it was also ignored -

I applied for Medical Insurance cover with AXA.

After a lot of going back and forwards with additional information requests from my broker I became a bit perplexed. Eventually however I was told that 'Payment was now required’. Naturally anyone would assume by this, that you accepted me as a good risk and now you will take payment and put the cover in place.

Unfortunately not.

After paying, I then received another additional list of questions called ‘FOREIGN APPLICANT QUESTIONNAIRE’. Yes I am a Foreigner, from New Zealand. Upon receiving this I felt really quite discriminated against.

In New Zealand this is illegal and you would be fined very heavily. To suggest that because I am not a Filipino you need additional information ...to know my last three residential addresses?! You need to know why I want cover? (Why do you think? …because I am overseas!). You want to know my bank accounts? My investments? …and Properties? Do you think because I am a New Zealander I should not be trusted? ….do you think that The Philippine people have a reputation for being honest? …and visiting foreigners are not?

Your Questionnaire is disgracefully discriminating and the person that implemented it should be reprimanded. You should apologise to me and never use it again.

Upon its receipt I immediately cancelled the application.

It has become clear that despite my cancellation ..you would like to keep our money? For months we have been battling to get a refund. We have been served every excuse imaginable from you, to avoid returning the money that is unarguably not yours.

From not answering or returning my phone calls, to disguising reasons to not refund it as ‘Logistical' or ‘Policy’ you continue to serve more and more lame reasons to not pay it back. Is this not embarrassing for you that you are trying to keep our money? Do you think we will get tired and go away? ..leaving it with you to divide up?

To pay you was easy.. I just made a transfer from our BDO account to your one. No name is required, just a number. The BDO number the funds came from is XXXXX

Now put it back to where it came from… use BDO online banking to transfer the 42,174.60 Php that does not belong to you, to its rightful owner, into my family bank account.

Avoid.

Avoid please. Claims took atleast 2 months to process. I asked if they can send it to my bank account as i am currently residing outside PH. they replied and said to send ids, 3 signature and the direct debit form. So right away i sent those to them, been 3 months now and no progress at all! I ask for updates but all they do is to apologise and i get different people replying to me. Chats and emails are useless dont waste your time with them. Very frustrating.

AVOID AXA LIKE A COVID19 DISEASE

Only good service when you sign up with them and products are not straightforward. I have an email to prove that payment plan was only for 5 years and even fb messages discussing such with my agent. But on the 6th year, still being made to pay premiums and was then told MINIMUM payment is 5 years when the original email did not say such. And they make you take a premium holiday plan but continue to pay for admin fees and insurance for said plan. Forever payment for only very small insured amount. My payment now exceeds what my plan is valued at in fact plan value is about 300k less than what i have paid. Avoid this company if you can. Not trustworthy and poor performance.

If you can avoid this insurance…

If you can avoid this insurance company, avoid. They don't trust staff enough to give them access to their bank accounts to search for payments and don't care enough for staff to invest in a secure modern system. They would rather that staff spend weeks searching for missing entries compromising productivity and morale. If I could leave no stars I would.
