The only downfall was that the courier left it in my fron garden i really don't think thats acceptable for jewellery and expensive items. No due care or attention so definitely need to sort that out pronto. If not for the courier it would be 5 stars.

A refund label would have been nice
I ordered a pretty 9ct gold bangle and loved the design and value for money .
Sadly the bangle was much too large , and had to be returned . I had to pay £8 for tracked postage , hence my rating .

This transcript clearly shows underhandedness when purchasing online When the earrings are clearly NOT Solid Gold as they are hollow with another base metal copper or stainless steal. But it clearly does not state this in the item description on the website. so are in-fact gold plated.

Lovely ring, great price but the opal stone itself could have been a little better quality, Was mainly plain white with a tiny piece of flashy colour in the middle very hard to see compared to the pic of the ring on there website full of flashy colour,

A first class service I would recommend to anyone.
The gold ring I purchased for my granddaughter was beautiful, she adored it. It was well packaged in a lovely ring box and with a matching gift bag making it look quite exquisite and expensive looking. The delivery was very quick making the whole shopping experience with Bail & Stone a first class experience.
