    I have just completed my training with Lynsey and she was exellent. She went through everything I needed to know in a clear and concise manner and I was able to ask any questions I needed to. The system is really user friendly and easy to navigate which is great.

    The new "Ask" feature is seriously good; and only restricted by your imagination.
    Ask a question - such as "All projects in Portsmouth with completion date in next 6 months" and you will get a list of projects.

    Outstanding Customer Service

    Yesterday we had teams meeting with our account manager Gary from Barbour ABI. Our business ( BSE) wanted more CRM alignment with the Barbour software. Gary was was incredibly knowledgeable on how our business could be more efficient and make changes with data to optimise performance. Gary is a credit to the company offering solutions and outstanding customer service. Well Done Gary.

    Excellent account manager.

    I have always found Barbour ABI to be a great business tool but for me it is the human support that is given, that is the best feature. Matt Cullum has always gone above and beyond to help me, nothing is too much trouble and he is always genuinely interested what I am doing and what I am trying to achieve. He is a great account manager!

    Great company

    Great system with a very easy user interface. Support is also great.
    Leads are pretty up to date but like all in this field, gathering this information can prove difficult. I personally use ABI to give me an overview of the projects which I then feed into my project planning.

    Cheaters

    It is the worst company to use. Full of fake promises and rosy pictures. Got no connection whatsoever. Please save money and not get ripped off.

    Don't waste your money!
    We were promised up to date contact details for potential leads but around 95% of people had left the companies we contacted.

    We had definitely been mis-sold this service by Barbour ABI and have tried to cancel it on numerous occasions.

    They have now instructed a debt collection agency to recover monies owed for a non existent service.

    Great service

    Kate Biddle is my account manager and nothing is ever to much to ask; always on hand to assist with anything I require and always gets back to me quickly. Since having closer dealings with Kate, we feel we are getting more than ever before out of the software.

    AB Heritage have subscribed to Barbour…

    AB Heritage have subscribed to Barbour for a few years now and the customer service is excellent. We use their services to support our marketing activities and I have found the data to be accurate and complete for the key data we require. I would certainly recommend to other small consultancies working in the construction sector.
