Lira, was brilliant, helpped me straight away, got me to understand the process and in the end also delivered some reporting which I was after, Barbour ABI and the team have always been great, they are at the very end of a call/email/chat online with a real person, I havent ever been left not knowing or having to chase them.

High recommend, used barbour for a number of years now within the construction industry! Highly recommend Jayne also as an accounts manager, couldn't ask for a more helpful manager.

The information is up to date and the staff are very friendly.

Needed some help online with the Admin function and Lira was there to help quickly and was very knowledgeable. It was easy to follow Lira's instructions and sorted my issue

Our Account Manager, Sophie has been a great help in setting up and explaining the uses of the Barbour platform. She has always responded quickly to phone and email queries, set up Teams calls to explain more complicated ways to use the system as well as liasing with our Engineers in order to fine tune the searches and reporting methods in a way that means we are getting a lot more out of the database.

Natalie was really helpful showing us everything Barbour ABI can do when exporting data, really friendly and very knowledgeable of the platform

Nathalie was so helpful in explaining the capabilities of the system to meet our company needs. It truly is an extensive platform to help sales and marketing needs to generate new business

Messaged Lira a question re navigating the system and received a email back within 5 minutes. She offered a few useful suggestions. This did not work and passed me on to Marc who asked when would be best time to ring and talk me through the problem. Within minutes of the call the issue was fixed ( was entirely me being not computer savvy). Marc, very kindly didn't make me feel silly re the question. Every contact i have had everyone has always been very informative and keen to help. The system itself is really informative and has been a great addition to how we obtain work and contacts.

The capabilities of the system are proving to be invaluable for our needs, and is really easy to use. We're constantly learning more and more with the great support of our Account Manager, Jayne Ford, who is always happy to be on hand for meetings and ad-hoc queries.

Jenny fully understood what I was trying to give visibility to across my Geographical Regions of South Yorkshire, East Midlands, and East of England, to build a RoadMap of Projects I wanted Viewing of across the Regions.

The initial contact with Barbour ABI was with Marc who gave a thorough explanation of what the company did, Marc was extremely helpful, also just finished our 1st training session today with Lynsey at really pleased with how she came across and the instruction that was given very professional, looking forward to working with this company.

Dealing with Jenny Wood who has been very supportive and friendly throughout. Jenny has been an incredibly helpful person to refine & tune my ABI searches to meet my personal requirements, her patience and willing to go over and beyond with offering me some free trials before deciding whether to go for it or not was great too.

Kate, my account manager, is absolutely amazing. She has provided extremely fast and tailored service, and she is always happy to offer tips and tricks to make my experience with the Barbour ABI system more productive. And no, she did not pay me to say this.

Barbour ABI is a great project information system, our account manager Kate Biddle is fantastic help, always at the end of an email to answer our queries.

This software is fantastic and definitely an integral tool to our business.

Since October I can successfully state that we have attained contracts for projects that we would never have had the chance to tender for unless we had Barbour ABI.

Furthermore unlike other software providers from a users perspective you feel constantly supported by the team.

Notably, Natalie Armitage has been exceptionally helpful in making sure we maximise the full capability and outreach of the product.

Invitations to the offices of Barbour ABI in Ellesmere Port for reviews conducted by Jayne Ford are always insightful and pleasant.

Overall, I am exceptionally pleased with the product and would highly recommend to any business wanting to source their own work.
