We already know the capabilities of the incredible platform. One of the issues I encountered was to optimise the use of the platform and learn the best practices to become more efficient to meet the business goals. Barbour ABI team did a great job supporting my team. The customer support is responsive and always flexible.

Having been a customer for several years we wanted to know if there were any top tips for refining searches to track down more leads, so we called one of our account managers Joe Stevens. He came in to see us at ALPS HQ and delivered a great workshop to bring all of the sales and estimating team up to date with refined searches, geotargeting and market analysis. Priceless.

Literally the worst thing I've ever signed up for. all the data is available for free on Proactis, sell2wales or other government portals.

Every "contact" or "lead" in the system just says visit the protal.

Utterly useless product

Great introductory session from Lynsey Oxton this morning; very impressed with her knowledge of the whole system and I look forward to learning even more from her in the coming weeks and months.

Such an amazing app and the first user training session with Lyndsey was quite insightful. Having the many different ways a user can Filter and utilise information as well as the sheer amount of data available is quite interesting.

Been using Barbour-ABI for a couple of years and hit what was probably a simple snag where I kept getting a blank screen. After an email to customer support, Lira Mitchell dealt with the issue offering a simple solution and then a further solution to eradicate the issue

Jayne has been a huge help to our business. The clear delivery, personality and knowledge was clear from the out set. By coming to the office this helped my colleague and myself learn at a faster pace, all by going that extra mile!!

I dont use the system every day or every week to gain info from ABI , but the request for help was dealt with and my query was followed up with an email to check i had what i wanted.

Having not used the Barbour ABI platform for several years I needed to reset my user name and password and connect to Chrome. I received clear and timely instructions that enabled me, as a non-tecky, to gain access in a non-stressful timely manner.

I was having problems with my saved projects on Barbour ABI Nathalie saved the day, checked my account at their end then advised what may assist at my end, clearly advising the process. voila all sorted.
Great response, prompt efficient and informative.

Issue with logging into Barbour. 2 min chat with Nathalie and... problem sorted! (What more can I ask for?)

Lynsey explained the process clearly and showed the best way to store leads and projects,.

The information is provided in a clear and logical manner and company names are always up to date. I would like to see more individual contact names but overall my experience has been excellent and very helpful
