    This company is predatory and treats customers terribly

    We signed up for this software in January 2022, it didn't provide us any valuable leads so we attempted to cancel before our renewal date in December 2022. For some reason they refused to acknowledge our cancellation and the next interaction we had with them was when they sent us an invoice for the renewal in January 2023. When we said that we had canceled the contract they would not engage with us and have since threatened us with legal action. We haven't signed into the system since 2022, which they can see. I'm absolutely appalled at their refusal to engage and reach an agreeable resolution with their customers. Instead of passing fraudulent payments over to a debt collector, they should have acknowledged their mistake here and reached a solution with us. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone since they are clearly uninterested in providing a service, just extracting money from small businesses. We are planning to go to trading standards with this complaint.

    UPDATE 24/7/23: Barbour ABI hasn't reached out to find a resolution with us. Also, they have not acknowledged our cancellation for January 2024. Really nasty tactic.
