I was struggling two months after my bariatric surgery. With Shenelle’s help and the Patreon group I’ve started making progress again. It’s so nice to have support, coaching, and a feeling of community on this journey. The coaching calls are especially good to ask questions and share experiences with the group.

When I got RNY 6 weeks ago I was confident af going into the procedure. However, quickly after I found out that there was very little post-op support. I literally felt like I was just winging the diet thing and hoping for the best. I came across Shenelle on a live tiktok and scheduled an intro call with her an hour later and I am so thankful I did! It was like talking to an old friend that I haven’t chatted with in awhile.

While I don’t have food addiction issues I do have some strict dietary restrictions which I thought was going to make the journey difficult. I scheduled a 90 min post-op call with Shenelle and she came ready for action and was a wealth of information. Best money I’ve spent on anything RNY related. I ended up joining her support group and these ladies are so supportive.

It’s so nice to not feel alone in my journey anymore!

I have been working with Shenelle for about three months now. I love that she is always available whenever. I have any type of questions. Her attitude and passion are what drive me towards her. Her knowledge about all the things nutrition wise is excellent. I highly recommend working with her!

The Patreon Group is exactly what I was looking for after WLS. Shenelle is so knowledgeable and responsive to any of our questions in the FB message group and the support from the other members is fantastic. I’ve learned so much in the last month from this group and it’s given me the confidence to know I can succeed in the WLS journey. We also have 2 calls a week where Shenelle will focus on a specific topic - from giving us a tour of her pantry, to discussing restaurant menus. I highly recommend adding this to your WLS toolbox!

I have learned more in the last week than I ever learned from any bariatric doctor and frankly even weight watchers. A program I did for 16 years that helped me lose weight but never taught me about basic macros and how they worked with my body.
So happy I took a chance… Thank you Shenelle!

Working with Shenelle for around 6 weeks. I definitely needed guidance, accountability, and advice; she has given me all three! I have surgery next week and feel prepared which I would not have with my program dietician.

The knowledge, information and support that Shenelle provides to her clients far surpasses what you will receive anywhere else. Bariatric rewrites is exactly what I needed. Shenelle me realize that I needed to change my relationship with food. She gives great guidance, she’s not judging, and she’s been in this situation herself. But if you start slipping she’s going to call you out and give you a reality check.

I just started with Shenelle and she has been awesome so far! It is so nice having someone guide you and help you make the right decisions. She is very knowledgeable and it definitely helps that she has gone through WLS as well. She's always available to answer questions and has a very open and honest conversation with you. I am incredibly scared of failing (like every other time I've lost weight in the past) so it is really nice having someone to lean on throughout (what I know) is going to be a hard journey. She has also been great at giving suggestions to a picky eater! I definitely did not feel judged and left feeling like I've got this!
