I look forward to the weekly meetings! I have learned so so much by being a part of this group. Bariatric Rewrite Academy is the support group I needed!

I have been working with Shenelle with the Bariatric Rewrite Academy and oh my the way it has changed my life for the better! I am understanding so much about my personal relationship with food and food addiction. Shenelle will be your biggest cheerleader and kick your ass into right direction! Best decision I have done for my health.

My initial introduction to Shenelle was on Tiktok. I was looking for other people who have had weightloss surgery and wanted to know tips, tricks and get general education. Her hard core, serious, firm, and positive attitude, drew me in instantly! I wanted someone who wouldn't hold back and tell the honest good, bad and ugly truth to WLS. She delivered just that. I need someone tough and straight to the point to help me excel. I can't wait to work more closely with her in my March program. I absolutely love what she brings to the community and my life!!

I also absolutely love the resources she has on the academy as well. Meal plans and other educational materials. Such a powerful resource to have for a very small cost. It's very important and inspiring to walk with someone else who has been in my shoes. I know I have the sexy, sassy confidence to succeed!!

I have been working with Shenelle in the Bariatric Rewrite Academy since mid November. I felt like I would never lose the weight I had regained since my gastric bypass over 25yrs ago. I have not only begun to lose my regain but I am learning about nutrition and how to eat better. The academy gives me knowledge and accountability to really be successful. I can't recommend this program strongly enough for people who've had wls, are thinking about it or even just need to change their diet and lose weight.

A friend sent me a tiktok featuring the creator of Bariatric rewrite, Shenelle. I loved it! I then signed up for her program and it has been SO helpful to keep me on track. She is SO involved in her groups and can tell that she really cares about the people she works with, gets to know them well and appreciates input from the people she coaches. Her calls are great and she keeps you intrigued through the duration of them. I’ve never had a coach that was so personable and fun.

I had been following for sometime on Facebook. I have not had surgery yet but went ahead and joined the Patreon subscription. It has proven to be a fantastic support network. She has brought so much insight to the path ahead. I feel so confident that after surgery I will want to def invest in myself and utilize her one on one coaching services. 10/10 recommend.

Reality check was what I needed. Working Shenelle has been the best thing I have done for my health.
She does not sugar coat anything and make you face your issues. Started working with her before my surgery and she reason that I have had no issue after surgery.

I found her before I had surgery and she was packed full of info so naturally after my surgery I joined her Patreon where I am with a community of people who are going through the same things I am and she answers all the questions and has great advice on how to be successful post op. 100/10

Oh my goodness I have really enjoyed learning and growing in my knowledge from Shenelle. She definitely cares about all of us and really wants us live our best life. I can’t wait to keep learning more from her. Sine up you will not regret it.

I started following Shenelle a few months ago. Was impressed with her passion and knowledge on Bariatric lifestyle. 1:1 made me realize I needed a support group and someone who understood emotional eating habits. Decided to do her monthly subscription and will sign up soon for 1:1 counseling. Excellent knowledge and her community is awesome! Can’t recommend enough!

Hi, I’m Destinie Reagan with a Patreon group I met shenelle about two months ago off of TikTok. I reached out to her and asked her to be my coach through the journey that I just began in June. She welcomed me in with open arms and has helped me so much. I was struggling at the beginning with stalls, and had no help with what to do. She saved me by telling me to log my foods, cut my macros, and from there I have been losing weight inches and feeling wonderful about myself. Along with journey I have also gained friendship with a variety of ladies that have helped me along the way to. Thank you so much for your help

Shenelle has been a source of strength and wisdom post-op with gastric bypass. I’m in the post op group and Patreon. So thankful for her wisdom, frankness and willingness to give time! If you are going through bariatric surgery, working with Shenelle is only going to help you! You won’t regret it.

Started working with Shenelle around August 4. Tried multiple time to do it on my own. Was never successful only lost 20 pounds from January to August 4th. August 4 to September 21 under her lost 17lbs. Her technique helped me get through preop diet easy and made it with no cheating or cravings. Hands down worth every penny!!!

Shenelle has been a shining light for me. I saw two different nutritionist one before surgery and one a few months after surgery. Neither one of them gave me the information I was seeking. One class with Shenelle and I got the information without even having to ask.

I have been part of Shenelle’s Post Op group for the last month and have learned so much from the exercises she has us do. She also keeps us accountable by checking our meal logs daily and helping us when we don’t make good choices. I would recommend her to everyone!
