I bought a red and black mat for my desk at work and it is perfect for what I wanted. The delivery was very quick. And the quality is amazing.

The service from Barneys was first class! Ordered a medium sized leather trucker jacket, and it was a little too small, sent it back for an exchange, and received a large sized jacket in next to no time. The jacket is fantastic, at such a great price. Would certainly buy again from Barneys.

Excellent customer service from Barneys. Unfortunately I had to return the jacket - didn’t fit me - but my experience with Barney’s was totally stress free. They refunded me as soon as they received the return which was really refreshing. Would recommend.

This jacket is the most luxury item I own. It feels soft and luxurious, it's well made and fitted and I feel proud to wear it. I know that this is something I will own for life. I'm 5"10 and an off the rack size 12. I have pretty long arms and a long body, it fits like a glove.

Bought the leather jacket for £125 and it was amazing quality but a little to big for me.

Customer service team were very responsive and understanding. They sorted out an exchange for me, no problems and the new jacket is great.

Cheap, awful leather!
I bought this jacket for occasional events. Unfortunately, it has been scratched after I have worn it just twice. the worst jacket I have ever had. Avoid it!!

The leather is very thin and has a lot of defects, I know that’s normal for real leather however, one of the defects caused a rip at a weak spot by the seam. I emailed Barney’s on Monday morning and haven’t heard back, it’s Weds night. Jacket was purchased in April, 6 months with very limited wear for a leather jacket made me disappointed.

product was brilliant but just to small unfortunately next size was not available. therefore reluctantly returned. full refund made e cellent service all around.

Love this jacket. It was so worth the shipping to the US. It is impossible to find tall sized real leather jackets in this country.
So glad Barney’s makes them with the full length sleeves so that people like me do not look as of we borrow outwear from younger shorter siblings:)
