I have been buying Barney's products for quite some time now and always unbelievably happy with the designs, fit and quality. In my most recent purchase I had to speak to customer services regarding an exchange and all I can say is WOW what FANTASTIC service!! The matter was resolved in a few minutes and a new item on its way to me A BIG THANK YOU BARNEYS

Decent quality, had some issues on sizes but returns was simple enough. They do let you do exchanges which helps. I went for the goat leather one and it's really soft like suede can see it will last.

Shit.. I used their sizing ? Took weeks to arrive.. I’m really skinny I couldn’t raise or bend my arms?? Asked for an exchange?? Weeks later.. nothing? No reply to emails etc.. eventually thank goodness I paid with PayPal.. i got refunded x don’t use them without it..

I have always been a fan of barneys and have had many jackets over the years from when you was in shops! The latest jacket I got was from ASOS and the quality is the same as ever. I wanted to send a review because everyone else is cutting corners and you are one of the few places to shop that isn't cutting the customer short! The only thing I would say is that t would be nice if yous had a shop so we could try things on and not have to wait for things to arrive in the post!

The product is perfect and arrived on time.

Beautiful jacket, great quality at a reasonable price. My jacket was a bit small, but I had absolutely no problems exchanging it for a bigger one. Happy customer :)

Went to buy a jacket on their website for £90. They tried to take £248 from my bank. Luckily, every payment I make needs approval, and I declined it. I will look elsewhere in future, I cannot stand thieves.

The jacket fits true to size lovely and soft good quality very pleased with it

I ordered the Barneys ladies leather trench coat, which arrived today, it’s stunning but too small, I sized up one size as forums said to do so and it’s still small!!

I want to exchange for the next size up but worried that it will fit from the upper area as in shoulders and chest area but then will be to wide from waist downwards.

The belt is not very long and does not have enough holes.

It’s a real shame the sizing is awful.

I’m disappointed!!

I can’t even exchange, I have to return wait for a refund and then re-purchase, we are in 2026!!

I ordered the jacket from the website based on the size chart. When it arrived it was way to big. I got in touch with Barney's and they couldn't have been more helpful. But they also followed up on why the sizing was incorrect, and changed the website details accordingly. The correct size jacket arrived a short time later and it is lovely great fit and very soft.

Great quality, bought as a gift for Christmas excellent quality and worth the money, the sheep leather is not as stiff or heavy as cows leather. They are very happy with their gift

Arrived on time , looks great , feels soft and supple . I was attracted by the ethics of how the jacket is made . I was also attracted to the fair price . Some big brands charge a lot more . I am very happy with my purchase .

Ordered a bag it was via Debenhams website & it stated next day delivery.
When the confirmation came through it said it would be sent out from Barney’s & would take 10 days.
I needed it urgently Debenhams told me to contact Barney’s directly which I did via email asking them to contact me so I could pay for next day delivery.
Barney’s ignored my email & the next day I receive any email for couriers saying they are expecting my parcel to be with them in 48 hours & it will be a standard service after that so another 5 days.This is way too late for me.

Fantastic quality, good value for money jacket. I ordered it in 2 sizes as was not sure which would be the best fit. Sending the one back I was not keeping was a straightforward process and I received my refund very quickly. A happy customer!

My beautiful coat arrived super quick and well packaged. The leather is soft and gorgeous and the fit is perfect. At first I was concerned that the shoulders and arms were a little tight, but this is the style and after a few wears it has softened and feels so comfortable. Just love it!

Fabulous jacket. The suede is nice and soft, but not overly soft. Love the colour!
The only fault is that the buttons are so hard to fasten and undo!

I m a big fan of Barneys . It s a shame that you don t have a physical store , and everything is done online . Materials are amazing , premium . I have 2 leather jackets , one wallet and 2 leather backpacks ( black and brown ) . I ordered 3 times , last year 3 different leather jackets , but I had to refund them and your sizes are not standard : one jacket I ware small , one medium , one large . One is slimfit I can t close it , or can t move my arms … challenging . Things would be easier if you had physical stores .
