Fast delivery, lovely product but unfortunately it didn't fit, very easy to return for free and refund was quick.

Bought a jacket through Debenhams for a Christmas present, on Christmas Day we discovered it was too small. After several attempts with Debenhams who refused a refund or exchange I contacted Barneys originals directly. Their help and customer service was fantastic. They happily exchanged the jacket for the correct size. A great quality jacket and outstanding customer service. Thank you Barneys originals.

Such a professional, outstanding company with fantastic customer service. I ordered a jacket from Barneys Originals which was too big, fantastic quality but too baggy in the sleeves, the free returns policy was easy and the company refunded me in full within 4 days. The quality is outstanding. I re ordered a different size which was delivered in 2 days. Hassle free, quality Jackets and leather wear of outstanding quality and value. Highly recommend this company. Love my new jacket.

UPDATE - Thanks to Barney's quick reply on here I called and spoke to Jess who was absolutely amazing. They have organised a separate return for me and were so helpful despite me not buying directly from them! So lesson learned buy directly from Barney's and not Debenhams!!
I ordered 2 Barney's items via Debenhams returned them (following the correct process) on 6 December 2022. I received the parcel back in early January 2023 saying it was undeliverable. I contacted Debenhams and after a very slow response I was given exactly the same returns label and told to return again. Several days later this was returned to me again as undeliverable! 6 days later I'm still waiting for Debenhams to respond to my email and these items are worth £110! The address on the label matches the one on Barney’s website. Trying every angle to get this resolved and my money back!

Great quality,great price! Bought a couple of men’s suede bomber jackets,suggest getting a size up as they come up tight fitting,sent one back and got refund within a few days,would recommend

Size of jacket received was too small & wasn’t true to the size chart provided. Attempted 3 separate contacts with customer service without a response. I returned it & paid a $70 shipping/customs fee. Finally received an email implying that sizes in UK might be different. Not according to my usual size & their size chart. Offered an economic shipping option but it was on its way back by that time.

I ordered a petite leather bikers jacket……it is incredibly hard to get structured garments which fit when you are only 4foot 10 inches tall.
I ordered an 8 and it truly fits like a glove, I love it.
The leather is nice and soft too.
The jacket was good value, arrived promptly and was well packaged.

I found Barneys Originals online when I was trying to replace another leather jacket I have that got ripped on the shoulder, very high quality jacket but quite soft leather. My experiences of buying directly from Barneys Originals was excellent and I would recommend to everyone! 👍🏻 Extremely happy with new leather jacket, high quality item!

Bought a leather jacket through Debenhams . Ordered too big a size and wanted to discuss before return . Not possible to call Debenhams so called Barneys directly. Spoke with John who was exceptionally helpful . He helped with returns process and refund . No hassle or stress and would thoroughly recommend them . Jacket was amazing too, top quality but just didn’t suit me.

It was so lovely that when I had a query about the item I was interested in purchasing I could ring them and speak to a very nice helpful chap . He answered my query and I then went ahead and purchased my item. The post was free and prompt. I absolutely love my stone suede biker jacket I bought and it was true to size and fitted me perfectly.

Bought a few sizes to try and sort of wish I didn't because the jackets were actually accurately sized for me. I purchased the Beppe jacket and if feels better quality than my old Topshop one (but I've had that for years so I'll never get rid!)
I returned the stuff I didn't want and got a refund in a week which surprised me.

Terrible Terrible Terrible experience this time ! Customer service ignored all my emails! I sent pictures of the jacket with the stains on it the minute I unpacked the package and saw the oily stains .they didn’t get back to me . And it’s been weeks . So no excuse! Terrible experience!

Delivery was fast. Item didn't look like picture and also had a really cheap plastic smell. Not saying it wasn't leather but I think maybe you need to store your inventory a bit better?

Excellent quality, leather is soft and aged! I'm 5ft 10 and lenght is perfect
