Our experience with Beal Holmes was fantastic from start to finish. Esna in the Sales office at Bishops Green was brilliant to deal with - very helpful and informative from start to finish. The Design Lounge was such a great experience with help from Tess, Kennedy and Harriet we designed our house just as we wanted it - we especially love the kitchen which they helped us put together. Once our house was ready we arrived very excited for our big reveal with Tess, and were certainly not disappointed, Tess again was fantastic showing us around and really making us feel looked after. On moving in day we received a lovely hamper and a visit from Danny, Site Manager who made sure everything was as it should be and welcomed us to our new home. 10/10

We had our choices appointment with Amy and the service has been amazing! All the options were discussed thoroughly and we had a fantastic lunch which topped off the day

Kennedy and Amy were excellent and the design lounge. There are so many decisions to make and it can be very overwhelming, but they didn’t rush us, and helped up where we needed it.
They were both fabulous, honest and we are very happy with our choices!

Amy was great, gave good recommendations on colour schemes - made the experience stress-free and amazing! Can’t wait to see the options in person upon completion.

Couldn’t recommend enough, Amy and Kennedy were absolutely amazing. Made the process extremely smooth and made recommendations were needed. We came away extremely satisfied and super excited to see the final outcome! Thanks guys

What a truly wonderful and unforgettable experience! The design of our house is absolutely stunning, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

The entire team was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make the process enjoyable. They were not only professional but also super friendly, making us feel right at home. It was such a thoughtful touch to be offered drinks and food, which really made the whole experience feel special.

We are so grateful for their expertise and kindness. This was an amazing experience from start to finish, and we'll cherish the memories of creating our dream home with them.

Fantastic experience! First time meeting Amy and Kennedy , who made the whole process smooth and exciting . Really impressed by the amount of choice , as we did this 7 years ago and the range has doubled if not more! They both went through each element in depth and we didn’t feel pressured to purchase additional extras but equally shared really good ideas , accommodating budget or if we were wanting to upgrade and spend a little extra. Thankyou for creating our dreams on a mood board - really inspiring , nothing short of supportive throughout and can’t Thank you both enough!

Absolutely fantastic visit. Plenty of options and excellent quality products to choose from. Al the ladies were knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic. Kennedy and Amy were delightful. No pressure to make choices and we were given plenty of time to take care of our dog. Thanks so much.

We went to the design lounge today to make the design choices for our new home. Tess, Amy and Kennedy were all so helpful throughout the whole process, talking us through all of our options, options to upgrade then helping us to bring our vision to life. They were helpful without being overbearing and were not pressurising into any upgrades. Everything was explained in detail, and they went above and beyond to find out any questions we had. The whole experience was one we will remember , from first walking in to taking photos of us with our design choices and allowing us to bring our families in to look. I would definitely recommend these lovely girls!

We recently spent the day at the Design lounge with Kennedy and Amy and we thoroughly enjoyed our day. We went in with an open mind about what we wanted and we found that they were able to completely tailor everything to us, from suggestions to helping us choose certain aspects of our new home. They were both kind and so approachable and they really guided us through every step and we didn’t feel pressured at all regarding any choices. We had a great day and we can’t wait for our new house to be ready!! They are both a credit to Beal Homes and I can’t recommend them enough!

I would not reccomend beal homes in any way shape or form since moving in a few years ago we’ve had so many problems including our drains and the latest our front door breaking and we couldn’t access our house. They wouldn’t help despite the house being less than 5 years old. The customer service is really poor once you buy a house I’m pretty sure most people leaving reviews below are offered some insentive as most of them haven’t even got a home yet. AVOID

Nasty and greedy company. Digging up wild areas for new yet unnecessary houses in already overdeveloped area during fox cubbing season. We even have video evidence of poor animals looking confused. Disgusting. No business should be allowed to operate when they have such poor environmental polices (or appears in this case none at all).

We had such a great day designing our dream home in the Design Lounge! Tess & Kennedy were excellent in advising us. Couldn’t fault them! Thank you!
