14/3/25 BEAL Design Lounge day.
Absolutely amazing service! Two wonderful young women helped us work within our tight budget to plan and design our home. No pressure to buy extras either, which was refreshing. Lots of advice and guidance, as it was so new to us. Plied us with non stop hot drinks and provided a free lunch and told us to sit and relax for an hour! They had the whole day allocated to us! Tolerated us ringing family members for tips too! Gave us their undivided attention and were incredibly professional and so, so friendly and welcoming. They could not have done more for us. Honestly such a lovely unexpected experience. I can see why they win awards for customer service. The office contact at the Gainsborough Beal sales office is amazing too and these two lovely young people just made today even more special. All free! No pressure to go off the included range, great tips on what works together with choosing colours as we had so much to choose from! The two members of staff were simply first rate.

Beals design studio is an exciting place! There is such an amazing range of choices/options for every room We were so grateful that Sam encouraged us to browse by ourselves before making an appointment with the design team.
Although we had a few ideas, both Amy and Kennedy in the design team have been wonderful. They listened to our ideas and then helped us navigate our way through everything in such a friendly and professional way. They are extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and expert at generating 3D images and designs on screen, thus. enabling us to make informed choices with confidence.
Our design studio experience has been a real pleasure, thankyou so much.

Just had an amazing day at Beal homes design lounge making the choices for our new build home. Tess, Kennedy and Amy were amazing and such a credit to the company Beal takes the whole new build process to another level. We felt valued and supported in all our choices and very excited to see our finished new build with all the design ideas incorporated . We cannot honestly believe the refreshing difference this builder offers and strongly recommend anyone looking for a new build to look no further, this company is the future of new build .

What an amazing experience to go and spend the day designing the interior of our new house. The 3 girls Tess, Amy and Kennedy are amazing and so knowledgeable. They made the process so painless (except having to pay for everything). Thank you it was a great experience.

We are moving into our new Beal home next week so I will reserve my review of Beal Homes and the house itself until such time as we have the opportunity to move in and live in it for a while and possibly put Beal’s after sales service to the test. However, I just want to give a shout out to Richard in the sales office at Bishop’s Green. He took us through the paper work, explained anything we were unsure of and generally made the whole reservation experience a good one. He was friendly and thorough and has remained so during the extensive time it took to get to exchange of contracts. So far, I can highly recommend the Beal Homes experience and in particular, Richard who is a credit to the company.

Had an amazing day with Amy and Tess. Both were really helpful accommodating and funny! Really enjoyed my experience in the design lounge.

We are delighted with the quality of the new-build bungalow. Staff at Beal Homes have been helpful at every stage - from the design studio to head office. Richard, sales executive on site, has made us feel very welcome and responded quickly to any queries. We are impressed 👏

Excellent experience

Incredible experience at the Bishops green development, Welton. Deposit made within days due to all the support and guidance Richard gave us in the sales office. We are looking forward to using the upgrade facility throughout and expect this to run just as smooth too. Highly recommend a visit. Great location.

Thank you to everyone at Beal design Lounge, me and my mum had a really great day and being able to see all the examples on display really helped me. Couldn’t have had a lovelier experience and I can’t wait to move in, thank you!

No way, do these Cowboys have a five star rating. Just had a leak in the kitchen sink and when my father-in-law looked under the sink, there is an electrical socket next to the sink. I guess they didn’t go to that fundamental class in school that tells you water and electric don’t mix.

System in the upstairs toilet stop filling up just constantly flowing I was trying to fix that problem. I could have done a better job with lego & superglue.

My neighbours have had numerous issues too, bathroom leaks, cracked ceilings, doors that don’t open & close properly. The list goes on.

One neighbour had to gave the entire house replaced as it collapsed.

Our street is sinking, they had the genius idea to build an estate on clay ground, every time it rains, heavy vehicles (delivery trucks such as furniture), bin lorry or maintenance vehicles are on here it sinks even more

Please avoid at all cost, it’s not worth the headaches and stress.

5 houses where i am are on a verge & they had to underpin them several times to prevent the sliding into a main road.

I had a wonderful day at the Beal Design Lounge. Amy and Kennedy were so lovely and we had various discussions on what would work for me with my new home. I got all the choices I wanted and I found having the displays incredibly helpful to be able to visualise things in person. Thank you so much for the lunch - it was absolutely delicious and me and my auntie felt so welcome. I now can’t wait to see my home come together with all of the choices I’ve made 😍

Just spent almost four hours at the Design Suite with Amy and she made sure that we were happy with our many choices every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and we did change our minds several times! She made it all very easy and her skills at quickly altering the kitchen design and producing images to help us envisage everything were impressive. In addition, there was a very good vibe in the Design Suite with all of the design staff chipping in with their ideas too. A very friendly welcoming place with everyone working seamlessly together. Lunch was delicious too 😋. Our thanks to you all.

Absolutely fantastic day well looked after by all the team! Really appreciated you the lunch that was given to me and my dad! Such an experience with no pressure and really listened to my budget as well an ensuring I got everything I wanted ! Thank you all very much for such a pleasant day and experience

We’ve just had a great meeting at the Design Lounge with Amy, Tess and Kennedy making it all a very enjoyable experience, always helping and offering good advice and ideas and culminating in a design we are delighted with! Unfortunately no room for manoeuvre on discounts or offers which I tried to enact but other than that a very pleasing experience!
