Thank you for sharing Susan. Glad you are happy with your purchase and the service received.
Do not offer money back guarantee
Do not offer money back guarantee if the product doesn’t work for you. Will only except unused items. How do you find out about if something will work for you unless you try it? Other companies that sell face creams etc do offer money back guarantee.

Because of the nature of our products we cannot take them back unwanted, if they have been used, obviously for hygiene reasons. Our returns policy does give full details of this and each product listing advises that you should be happy with these terms before purchasing. All of our products come with full warranty so if anything were to go wrong you are fully covered, so you have nothing to worry about in that regard. As we don't offer repairs, we give a brand new product every time. We don't sell face creams. As our skincare products are premium tools for personal use they cannot be resold if they have been used. I see your order was received just a few days ago. Our customer service team are available to answer any questions you might have, or provide any advice that you may need. We hope that you enjoy using your product.

We ordered a hair curler, but didn't have much luck, as it didn't suit the hair type.
With Zero fuss, they gave advice, then exchanged the product.
No postage fees for re shipping either.
11/10 Service, advice, speed, communication.

An added bonus being their customer service is second to none - after initially thinking I was having issues with the attachments it turns out I wasn't using them correctly and after a swift explanation from the team I can use it perfectly and its fab for my hair. Great product really works
Ordered cordless hair curler from Beautaholics, arrived quickly. Have tried so many different products expectations low . Easy to use once I’d worked out plug which is a moveable pin, it gave me the most incredible curls that actually stayed in.

Fabulous friendly and helpful family…
Fabulous friendly and helpful family business from quality of their products, ease of placing an order through to delivery. My purchase was delayed by RM Christmas deliveries pressures. and was time critical as I am due to go away and my purchase is a Christmas gift. Karen was brilliant her response was professional and caring. Karen personally monitored RM right up to my purchase being delivered. I highly recommend this business and we as a family will certainly be back in the future. Thank you Beautaholics for a great shopping experience, you went above and beyond!! a great advert for small businesses 👌
